Left the restaurant before ordering. It was too noisy. Didn't seem very clean. You wouldn't be able to talk to the person next to you. Aldo didn't like being seated with strangers.

Great spot for a birthday! Dinner and a fun hibachi show! The prices are mid to high but we all had so many leftovers. We made reservations and had great seats around the hibachi table. The servers were great and the show was entertaining! The meat was a little over cooked but better over cooked than under cooked! Since everyone ordered different things it's hard to cook it all at the same time. Overall it was super fun for everybody in our group.

I was in Colorado for work again and this was a recommendation. Our Hibachi artist (come on now, these professionals are truly artists), was quite entertaining. He had a squirt bottle filled with sake and and would periodically say "sake" and squirt sake in your mouth (hilarious). What a fun dining experience to share with a group. The pepper tuna salad was my appetizer, it was good but I just ate the tuna, the salad part was not doing it for me. For my main hibachi dinner, I had the filet mignon and scallop's which was really appetizing. All in all the dinner and hibachi experience was good but they fell short on service. I would recommend Mt Fuji Hibachi to families and groups of friends.

We had New Years Eve reservations and while I may not make that particular choice again, I will always go back to Mt. Fuji. Hibachi is an experience and almost always worth the wait (unless it's 2+ hours). Food is always excellent! Go when it's not a holiday is my recommendation.

The only reason it's not 5 stars is the service was terrible. It was near impossible to get refills of our drinks and they forgot my white rice but never came back with it either.The head chef is from Bali and this this really amazing show with small fire sticks. I've eaten hibachi for years and never seen anything like it. The pictures don't do the show Justice so I apologize for the terrible quality of the pictures.

After ordering through the direct website, food took an extra 30 minutes, after getting all the way home, we were missing a whole item. They would not give us a refund for their mistake so after waiting an extra 30 minutes we had to wait extra long to eat since we had to go all the way back.... Beyond disappointed.

We initially made a reservation for four but needed to add a fifth person at the last minute, and the staff was very accommodating. Service was prompt, with the soup and salad being served quickly and both dishes were delicious. The grill master was highly entertaining and prepared the food expertly. We ordered a variety of combinations, including steak and chicken. While the steak was slightly tough, it was still flavorful.Our glasses were consistently refilled without needing to ask, and overall, we had a great experience. Thank you for the excellent service."
