SO Impressed! Robust menu choices of Starters, Soups, Rice Dishes, Noodles & Chef Specials. I had Chicken Vermicelli Bowl, great flavors, generous portion & beautifully presented. Hubby had the show-stopping delicious House Special Pho with various meats; it even had a Fred Flintstone bone! We shared buttery garlic chicken wings, crispy perfection. Don't shy away because it's located in the strip mall! Decided this is worth the drive from Seattle just to dine here.

Right in the Issaquah Commons, conveniently located with plenty of parking. Dining room is bright and clean. Friendly greeted upon entry. Foods served quickly but still made to order. I enjoyed their Vietnamese coffee, strong but still tasted silky with the condensed milk. The grilled pork rice plate was nicely charred.

Ms. Saigon Kitchen is a great new Vietnamese restaurant in the shopping center with REI and Safeway off NW Gilman Blvd. The service is great, and my husband and I really enjoyed our meal. We started with chicken wings with sweet fish sauce. The wings had the perfect texture and were not dry at all.For our main course, we got the beef rib pho and hot stone pho (beef rib, beef meatballs, and sliced ribeye steak). I thought it was interesting presentation to see the stone pho deconstructed with the broth boiling. The rib meat was so tender and flavorful. It fell right off the bone. The broth was light and tasty. We were the first ones in the restaurant at about 11am on a Saturday morning, but it quickly filled up by the time we left.

Great Thai lemon grass pho and other dishes. The French bread is great. It's setup like a fast fresh place but it's really not that. I didn't care for the signature rib eye as they seem to randomly remove the membrane

We were excited to try this place upon seeing the grand opening sign a week ago. There were plenty of tables available on a Thursday evening. Upon walking in, the place appeared well-lit and clean. First impression of the menu-"phew! This place is expensive!" A Vietnamese coffee is close to $8. Most appetizers were $9-14!We ordered Saigon Chicken Wing with Fish Sauce ($10). It was delicious! Crispy exterior and juicy meat. The fish sauce wasn't too "fishy", well balanced garlicky flavor. We also split the Lemongrass Spicy Pho ($20). It came with a huge beef bone with lots of meat on it. Aside from that, there were brisket slices and meatballs. When it comes to Pho, everyone knows the broth should be the highlight..but I have to say this broth was just mediocre. We purposely got this pho rather than the other ones thinking this one was going to be extra flavorful with lemongrass and spicy. Unfortunately it wasn't the case. Although the pho looked great, the flavor was lacking. Pretty disappointing for a $20 pho.

We came here to check out this new place in Issaquah. The restaurant is clean and looks fancy. We wanted to take advantage of the 20% off opening so we ordered 4 items. The wings had good flavor but I wish theyvhad been a little bit more saucy. They were out of ribs so I asked them to sub with more steak but I don't think they did. The broth was ok. The Pho smell was there but it missed the umami flavor. The garlic seafood pho was interesting but nothing really special. We also ordered ube vietnamese coffee. The coffee was great but I didn't taste any ube at all. Service wasn't bad but it's not crowded anywayOverall, this was quite a disappointment considering the price. I may come back when they still have this promotion to give them another try.

We've come a handful of times while they were offering their grand opening 20% off promotion. The beef rib pho and grilled chicken noodle bowl was delicious! Not a strong fish sauce flavor if that is what you're expecting. From experience, their dine-in portions are much larger than their to-go portions. Other food we tried that isn't pictured is the fried chicken wings (crispy and good flavor) and banh mi (good portion of meat but hard to pay that much for a banh mi). The prices seem pretty high without the 20% off promotion, but with the promotion, we were very happy with the price, quality, portions. The service has always been friendly, quick, and attentive. And the atmosphere of the restaurant is clean and modern.

Second time dining here in the pass four weeks. We ordered fried calamari (yummy), fried egg rolls and a pork Banh mi sandwich everything was tasty. Would order the same items, except I would try another protein on the sandwiches First time we dined in, we ordered the fried calamari, fresh rolls with pork, spicy wontons and fried chicken wings. Would definitely order any of those dishes again

Solid garlic butter fried chicken. Deliciously crispy crunchy juicy savory chicken. 5/5Stone bowl pho 4/5. Nice tender rare roundeye steak slices. Broth is not bad. HUGE beef rib. Nice gimmick with the stone bowl but it adds nothing to the eating experience. It doesn't even keep the broth that much warmer than a regular ceramic bowl.Bo ne (Vietnamese equivalent of the English full breakfast). This is an interesting take of the Bo ne but it's so different from what im used to. They use roundeye slices instead of steak cuts. Cherry tomatoes instead of big tomato slices. The pate is really good tho.
