My friend and i decided to stop at mr zees today, that was a mistake. My friend and i wanted to split the check in half, the girl dudnt know how, the owner had to show her how. I ordered a beef kabob, sauce only. It came out with tomatoes and onion on the pita. Wrong. The girl who took my order looked upset when i told her it was supposed to be plain, they fixed with an attitude.My friend had gotten an italian beef wet, didn't taste right. Everything had an after taste. Even the hand dryer in the bathroom didn't get warm, bad experience all the way around.

Horrific customer service. I just tried to get a meal from here only to be treated like an idiot when I raised an issue. This establishment charges a fee when you use a credit card. Fine. They have a tiny 2"x3" sign "near" the register that states this, with no mention of the size of the up charge. I placed my order, and noticed that my meal was more than the receipt. They charged me more than was stated on the receipt. I went up to ask them about this and was told "it's policy". I asked why the receipts don't match and was told "you should have read the sign, it's not our fault if you can't read".

This place needs to fix it's food or it's attitude. To do both would be impossible.The guy didn't listen or pay attention during my call -Got my name wrong (and blamed me, funny guy)Answered a question I didn't askGot the order wrong But funny thing, the guy got mad at me when I didn't want to pay for extra fries ($4 for a side of fries). He made a ride remark and turned his back and wouldn't look at me anymore :DThe nice, younger (better looking) guy had to finish ringing me out. They didn't even give me the drink they charged me for (extra)...Got my order home and the food sucks. I'll use the $4 that I rescued from them and buy some snacks later...

The older gentleman working today is just rude. Chomping on his gum like a horse eating hay. Doesn't greet the customer and tosses your order on the counter. He forgot to place the soup in the bag and when I went back he didn't even apologize. Just over all bad service. Why would you have someone with no customer skills working with customers?

Food is okay but service all.I waited over 20 minutes for fries and a shake. The fries were sitting there the whole time before someone made a shake. Cold by the time i got the shake.Make sure you order ahead if you plan to go there.And have cash.Thry have a fee for using card even though no sign is posted.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! The rude guy at the register shows he does not want to be there! Talks to you like an idiot, charged me for extra meal I did not order and when he was confronted started yelling back saying I did. Would not accept that he was wrong so I requested a refund! This place USE TO BE GOOD. But not anymore, save your time.

Ambiance is an issue, it's misleading. I got charged extra for using a credit card. There is a very small, understated-though-conspicuous post saying that there are different pricing for cash vs credit, but not what those prices are, as in conversion or percentage. However, the menu board clearly shows a #10 as $9.99 with a large picture of two pizza puffs and fries; but this meal only comes with one pizza puff. Come on people! The food's OK, decent fast food, but there are many similar options in the area. Service, OK, pretty prompt, but they act like they're doing you a favor by taking your order. What else is hiding in the pricing or lacking in etiquette ? I'll consider this at Jay's Beef or Tom & Jerry's or Franksville.

I called to order the chicken breast dinner asking carefully about dairy allergens. My daughter has a severe dairy allergy that causes anaphylaxis. I requested NO garlic bread, and NO potatoes as they have butter. I explained the allergy two times. Upon arriving home with the food, we were pretty angry to find both the bread and potatoes were on top of the chicken. I called to tell them of my disappointment and the excuse was "so, the cook made a mistake." NO other explanation, refund, or other solution was offered. This is deplorable. They've been closed by the health department before. Disregard for customer health us obviously an on going provlem.
