Mr Thai Bistro

We always ordered same dishes over and over but never got bored. Pad thai, the red curry, fried rice, and the sampler appetizer. They were very quick with their orders. Food packages were neat. Easy to pick up your online order.

We were trying to go to another restaurant in the area that was closed so stumbled upon Mr. Thai and so glad we did. The crispy spring rolls were good but some in our party were grilled with the taro. The beef with broccoli was amazing with a mild spice. The beef was good and not too chewy. Overall the dish had a good ginger taste. The orange chicken was delicious The drunken noodles with shrimp was very good. The noodles were a little over cooked for hubby but he loved the flavor and the shrimp were butterflied nicely. The green curry with chicken was also delicious. Great sauce. We can usually tolerate and enjoy a medium heat and appreciated the recommendation for mild. Each dish was tasty and had a nice heat level.

Great Thai food!! Expensive though. Mostly worth it. Better to pick it up yourself. Prices are higher with delivery services.

Food was delicious, portions are a bit smaller compared to other Thai locations. Lady at register was really kind. Inside was really clean and neat. I definitely will come again when in the area.

Really good server, he was a bit younger - super attentive, quick & kind. Was definitely hands down the best orange chicken we had ever had. Medium #2 spice was actually really spicey for us (for panang) but tasty. Will definitely be back, busy little joint on a Saturday with regulars and take out.

My husband and I went for a date night and had been looking for some authentic Thai food for awhile. This place was DELICIOUS!! I ordered the pad see ew and he ordered the kaho soy plate and we didn't leave a single thing on our plates. Super friendly staff and cute ambiance as well, will be back soon!! :)

In the area and wanted to try this spot out for dinner. We ordered takeout since it was 830 and they were going to close at 9. The inside is a small dining room with 7 tables and all of them were occupied. We ordered veggie rolls as app and mango sticky rice for dessert. Hubby ordered the crispy basil chicken entree and I got the pad see ew with tofu instead of chicken.The pad see ew was flavorful but the noodles seemed soggy and the texture was weird for my liking, but the tofu and veggies were good. I will have to come back another time to try something else or give it another shot. Just wasn't feeling it this time.The hubby absolutely RAVED about the crispy basil chicken. He loved the flavor (sweet but savory with a hint of spice since he ordered level 1) and the crispness (not overly breaded so you can still taste the chicken), and the glaze and Thai basil was a great compliment to the whole dish. He was very impressed and even said he would get the same dish the next time we go again.The sticky rice was scrumptious and a great way to end the meal! Can't wait to go back and sit down for a meal there.

Seems like I love everyplace that has Bistro in the name. Mr Thai Bistro is no exception.First let me start off with the restaurant. It was small and charming. They have tvs hanging in every corner which I did find a little distracting. Wrestling tv shows and Thai don't go well together.But let's get to the important part the food. Food is delicious. It's well done Thai. Very consistent with great flavor.I love Pad See Ew. I get all judgy if you don't see the rice noodles charred from being pan fried. There was browning on them so they passed! Whew! I do wish they used wider rice noodles but still they were delicious.Curry's have a great flavor. I seem to expect no so runny curry but that was fine too.Service was stellar. Love seeing real Thai folks cooking, greeting, and serving.For a neighbor Thai restaurant this place is awesome. See you soon Mr Thai!

Hands down the absolute BEST Thai restaurant in the Chandler/Gilbert area!! We order carry out regularly and the food is always consistently amazing. The family that owns this place are incredibly kind and provide great service despite how busy they are. It's always packed, which is a great sign! If you want to order food to go, I recommend calling at least 30 minutes before you want to eat. If it's a weekend, call an hour ahead. Give them the time they need to cook and put together your order and you won't be disappointed! Our go-to favorites are the Avocado Rolls, Yellow and Mussaman Curry, Pad Thai, Seafood Volcano, and the Mango Sticky Rice. Insanely flavorful!!

This place is AMAZING! I found this place when I was 17 and it quickly became a weekly stop for my best friend and I to have dinner. I'm now 22 and have become very fond of this restaurant and their staff. I've spent several summer in Thailand growing up and had been searching for authentic Thai food in Arizona until I found them. They put so much care time and knowledge into their food that you can help but come back for more. Not to mention their hospitality and costumer service. It is now one of my boyfriend's favorite date night spots and I can barely get him to eat vegetables. Thank you guys! Forever in love with your food! We love y'all!
