This is an awesome spot for congee, fresh fried Chinese donuts, and snacks. Breakfast only inside the hot pot restaurant, but be early if you want to avoid a crowd. You can't beat the all you can eat congee with fresh donuts (which cost extra). After you get your first bowl, you just refill yourself at the congee bar, and you can try all the flavors and toppings you want.

Stumbled upon this doing a Google Search for "congee" in the Bellevue Area. It's in a section of Liuyishou. The main centrepiece of the menu is the unlimited congee but they also have savory pancake sandwiches and various cold appetizers. I had a beef sandwich and it was very flavourful. The preserved egg congee was good. I also tried the pumpkin millet and thought it had no taste. There's a sauce/condiment bar to the left of the congee pots where you can help yourself to refills, but notably there was no white pepper to be found. At a price point of $5 for unlimited congee, it's hard to complain but I would love to see more unlimited options at perhaps a slightly higher point so that more can enjoy the goodness offered here.

Delicious, cozy, and comforting! Reminds me of breakfast places in China! The food is great especially the scallion pancakes, youtiao, and bao. Unlimited congee is an amazing deal here. Service can be a bit of a wait for pancakes but otherwise was relatively quick.

$5 unlimited congee is fantastic. Super friendly service. The fried donut was fresh and a must. Will be a regular for sure.

We could really use a great Chinese breakfast restaurant, but this wasn't it. I was hoping for hand made not frozen. Tofu 101 is still the best in the area, at least there it's made the same morning.

Solid congee for breakfast. Affordable. Easy ordering through your phone. Get here BEFORE 10am! Otherwise they might run out of congee in the middle of your meal.

This place is a 3.5 stars to me but rounded to 4.I went a bit later and the wait times were quite long so I would suggest going early.Ambience was nice, it's inside the Liu yi shou location and is well decorated.It's mostly cafeteria style, but they bring out food for you depending on the dish.Food tasted okay, congee isn't as flavorful as other locations but you can refill yourself. We ordered sweetened soy milk, and did not expect them to give us soy milk and sugar to add ourselves. Tripe was delicious.Pretty affordable menu items. Chinese donut was also pretty good.Overall happy I tried it

Had their food twice - once take out, once dine in.Green onion pancake was kinda lame - I felt it would've been better just to buy a frozen one from the grocery store and pan fry it.AYCE porridge is not bad for the most part. Nothing fancy, but flavor is good. When we dined in, our first bowl was straight up room temperature. Immediately after, we saw them refill the porridge cauldron with fresh porridge and that stuff was piping hot. But god help you if you get the stuff at the bottom of the barrel (I guess it being AYCE, you'd just dump it anyway?).If you dine in, you can deck out your porridge with some green sprinklies - green onion and/or cilantro.Beef pocket thing is good.Nothing really notable about service - not particularly stellar or horrible. We asked for water and the lady never gave us any, I'm sure she just forgot as everyone seemed pretty busy. We asked another dude and he brought some right out.Would I go back? Ehhhhhhh maybe. Is salrite.

A good option to have for quick and easy congee too go. Small bowl of congee is $4.99. Which sounds cheap, but it's congee.. they should at least pack a larger to go container. Chinese donut was good and crispy even when we got home. The onion pancakes were a bit sad and limp. 4 slices for $4.99? Feels like too much. Should at least come with double. But it was also not that great. Next time skip the onion pancakes and get another order of the Chinese donuts. Will have to try to see if everything taste better in person, and if there's any other perks on eating on site. Got take out, but they got out order wrong.. so make sure you check before you leave. Congee taste was decent. Good pork and century egg quantity on the mix. Wish they had some crispy add ons available tho.
