Mr Jalapeno Restaurant

I didn't enjoy my meal at Mr jalapeno. Maybe because I am used to the type of mexican Canadian food back home, I couldn't find anything that I wanted to try on their menu. It would have been nice to have some better taco options. Service was friendly and the staff was pretty attentive. My big issue was that I ordered a salad, and they served it to me on a hot plate. The plate warmed my salad and caused the greens to wilt, resulting in a sad wilty salad that had no texture. The rest of our party seemed to really enjoy their meal. And overall, the restaurant felt warm and friendly. If you like enchiladas I would recommend this place. If you're a taco person like me... Best stay away

Fantastic service! Friendly atmosphere. Loved being greeted at the door. Your drinks and chips never go empty. The jalapeño margarita is my favorite.

Staff was friendly and service was efficient, but their margaritas were a bit too watery for me. The food is just ok too. Not super authentic and flavor wise, it's a bit on the bland side. Can't say I'll come back unfortunately.

Average Mexican food, the chips at the start seem like they are store bought rather than made fresh at the restaurant. The food is good but I've had better elsewhere. I ordered a Supreme Enchilada, it was good, somewhat smaller than other restaurants. The flavor was average, based on others that I've had. They do offer the sizzling Fajitas that come out sizzling on a cast iron pan. The restaurant is unique looking as it seems as though they just set up tables and opened. Nothing special, a few tvs but other than that it is plain. Service was good, seems like there was adequate staff but it is a small environment so basically anywhere they travel in the restaurant, you can get their attention. All in all, it was average food, not sure I'd return with other options. Price was alright but food was not special like other Mexican Restaurants where the price is similar.

We came in right at closing and Riley and Martin still served us and made us feel at home. The food was excellent and the service was superb.

The food and service were amazing--seated and the order were taken quickly (it wasn't a busy Tuesday dinner) and food was prepped and served quickly. Quality display (the dish is tasty too!) of my carne asada and camarones as presentation is everything. We had 3 different servers (I think one of them is the owner/manager) and they were all wonderful! Definitely have to try the grande jalapeño margaritas... soooo good and it had a perfect spice kick to it! Definitely recommend this place and will def be back!!

Convenient location in Bonney Lake. We were here for lunch. Average Mexican food. Crowded, difficult parking lot. Good service.

This is one of our favorite Mexican restaurants in Bonney Lake.The service is always top-notch, attentive and friendly.The food is as good as any Mexican restaurant, and always fresh, with large portions.Parking is easy. Atmosphere is light and comfortable.Every different item we buy from here is always delicious.

Been super intrigued to go check this place out based off of its cute name. Today was the day. We came in and were instantly seated by a friendly young lady. We were instantly given some chips and salsa, while we waited for order to be taken. The chips were warm, but they did not taste fresh. While we were there, we saw three workers. The lady who sat us, a busser, and one waiter. The waiter that took our order was trying to be funny talking to my daughter and commented about how her and our infant son look alike, but he was saying some insulting things about their features. Not sure if he realized it or not. Our food came out in a timely manner. We ordered chicken fajitas. The presentation seemed basic and not very pretty, but the taste was good. My daughter got the chicken strips and it was one chicken breast that was deep-fried and cut into strips. I wasn't a fan of the chicken strips but the fries were good.Overall, in my opinion, I don't think this place would be my first choice for Mexican food.

Where ever I live I always looks for a good Mexican Restaurant, and I like to try a few things on the menu before I am completely sold on making this my first choice when I get the cravings. But I am sold on this place, their food and service is great and there plenty of options. The food isn't terribly expensive but inflation has hit their prices.
