The best root beer float I've ever had!! Perfect ratio of ice cream to root beer!! Super good soft serve and they are so quick to make the itemsI always see a long line here but it makes a lot of sense now!

Yes. Great. Our group ordered sandwiches which were delivered really quickly. We were offered the option of retrieving our ice cream after enjoying our sandwiches which we did.The tuna salad sandwich was terrific! On all levels. It was a good choice to share it between two people because is was HUGE. Same for the submarine sandwich - HUGE. Everyone enjoyed their sandwiches.The ice cream was so good! We had an ice cream sandwich which I believe is made on site and it was delicious.Just an iconic spot knocking it out of the park for food & dessert.

Good ice cream at a great price! Came here 30 mins before they close the the line was massive, but it was worth it. I've tried the twist (vanilla and chocolate) cone, the butterfinger milkshake, and the Hot Fudge Cake sundae.The sundae was good but not amazing - I liked the ice cream and the fudge, but the whipped cream didn't have much flavor and the chocolate cake was kinda meh. Next time I'll go back to the regular cone or the milkshake. They also have a $12.50 manager 's special that is such a great deal! A sandwich, drink, potato salad or chips, and an ice cream. Wow! Will have to try and report back.

The best place for soft serve in San Diego! They have a cute, unassuming store front with quintessential PB beach vibes. I highly recommend the All American. It has the best mix of everything....vanilla and chocolate soft serve with the perfect balance of toppings and sauces. They are always consistent, and the service is quick even when it gets busy. Prices are super reasonable, too. There are several tables with bench seating outside. I just wish they stayed open later!

One of my favorite ice cream places in San Diego. I will drive from Chula Vista about 6:30-7 pm, just to have an ice cream for dessert. One of my all favorites is just a simple twist cone dipped in chocolate. I take my 5 year old with me, and my husky pup (who also loves an xsmall vanilla cone) Thanks for the memories and the comfort ice cream.

Yummy and cheap soft serve in PB! Always a line but it's worth it. Good prices and lots of options. Not many places to sit or park but that's the vibe.

This place is the perfect place to stop for soft serve! They are super quick (despite the often long lines) and the staff is so friendly! Their ice cream is phenomenal and if you decide to get toppings they hook you UP. I got the twist (chocolate and vanilla) in a cup with crushed Oreos and whipped cream. They gave me so much whipped cream you can't even see the ice cream but let me tell you it was incredible. Such a cute and yummy place for ice cream:) you will not be disappointed!!!

Back in town, back at Mr Frostie! Always a great place to stop and always a line but it moves quickly.This time I had a medium cone with chocolate and vanilla swirl and dipped in chocolate. My mom had a hot fudge sundae. Very messy for her but hey, she's 93! I had to eat mine fast as it was dripping as well. Could be the balmy SD weather.I love to stop here when in the PB area and there is so much to see and do before or after this delicious treat. Great job as usual, Mr Frostie!

LOVED this! The soft serve, the prices, the experience! All so great! Got blueberry soft serve (extra small) and it was just perfect, dips are great too! Tip: ask for a spoon to sample your friends' orders :) will be back soon!
