Mosa Restaurant and Bar

Vibe on point, over priced food for sure. I'm sure it's the vibe we're paying for because the service and bar was giving!! It's a great experience and would recommend.

My group went here for brunch, it was 8 of us. The restaurant offers good food, and we ordered a few different appetizers for the table. The fried green tomatoes were good, but the crab cake was just ok. However, the food is unfortunately overpriced. My bill came up to $75. I had the steak skillet, an appetizer, and a cocktail. When you ask for water they bring out these glass bottles of water without warning you and it is not free thats a money grab and you feel taken advantage of especially in that location and with the food being already overpriced. While the customer service was good, we were put off by the unpleasant sewage smell throughout the establishment. Overall, there is a mixed experience with room for improvement.

Liked / Liked / Liked / Liked /Liked / Liked Liked / Liked Inside is so cute, music had a little issues getting going but it worked its self out. Sweet and Sour cauliflower was surprisingly really good! The Cauliflower was crispy and seasoned well. The sauce was not overpowering or too much. I didn't expect to like this dish as much as I did! Fried Green TomatoChicken and Waffles Disliked - Disliked - Disliked - Disliked - Disliked - Disliked -The food service was pretty slow, but hey they're new so I'm sure that will start to change (crossed fingers) Our appetizers came out with our meal.. and we were pretty hungry for a while.. The waitress didn't communicate much with us, especially with our food/appetizers not coming out. Also, she really didn't keep up with checking in on us drink wise. Also, our friend asked about a mock-tail... she never came back with any info on that until we flagged her down and asked again after waiting so long and seeing her pass us so much. The menu online and at the restaurant were not the same. That was an unfortunate surprise. I'm one to pick my food ahead of time, especially because we were so hungry. But ... they didn't have the item I'd thought I'd be getting. That was a bummer.

My friend and I were I've due to a catch up and after ditching our initial restaurant plan, we decided on Mosa. My friend saw the restaurant on IG via Hungry Homegirl and thought it would be a cute brunch experience. She was able to snag a reservation and once we arrived, we were initially told it would be a wait because we were early.While waiting, I had to to take a look at the restaurant. The design was cute and Instagramable filled with florals and mirrors. My friend and I were able to be seated earlier then expected due to another reservation not showing up and was seated in Jersey's section.Upon sitting down, we noticed our table was sticky and a little dirty so, we asked for a wipe down. The menu itself is not that large and consist of your normal brunch fare ; some Ethiopian twists.I ordered a Peach Mimosa and the Chicken and Waffles. My friend did mention that the restaurant only served bottled water however, after seeing a few glasses of tap water come out, I requested one. The food that take a while to come out and while waiting for the food, I did notice a few customers that might have had an issue with their bill or the food itself. A woman a couple tables next to me left out speaking of the food being nasty. However, I really wanted to taste it for myself. My chicken and waffles were really good despite me being skeptical about the waffles being "light skinned". The waffles definitely had a delicious vanilla taste to them. The chicken was also really good despite it falling apart and being a bit messy.As mentioned my service name was Jersey and, despite her being nice; she really didn't visit the table that much.Overall, I had an average experience at the restaurant.

We went to this restaurant during lunch time. It was pretty new restaurant. Let me start with Ambiance - it's super cute and quite chic. Makes you come with your gf for brunch Service - so service overall was ok. The server was super friendly, few things which are basic for any restaurant to run and they didn't do was ; Ask for water - which they didn't and when I asked for it they only get you bottled water. Aren't you supposed to ask if we want bottled water or tap water? Overall though it was hardly full food was coming out slow from kitchen Food - so we go1. fried green tomatoes- they were good nothing special - they were as you will get anywhere. 2. Kitcha fit fit - that was something very unique and new dish. I would take that as side since it's spicy and super buttery but it was good 3. Blackened Atlantic Salmon - honestly it was one of the most dry salmon I have ever had. Super over cooked. Sauce was very yummy. And I am not sure if it was truly blackened salmon Overall new fusion restaurant but food was ok.

I picked this spot because the menu looked great and I love to try new things. My daughter and my girlfriend arrive to the restaurant.As soon as we walked in it was a smell like old mop water the table we sat at had to be wiped off again. It took a little minute to get our food not to mention there was no one in there. So the fact that the wait was that long was beyond me. At this point I have to see it through. The drinks as got were basic my daughter smoothie was watery and aha said it taste like a naked drink from the store. It was not thick like a smoothie should. Anywho now to this food. They brought out our food separate which was weird. My girlfriend had to send back her crab cakes that was must still and very fishy. So safe to say the food was not good. I eat out a lot and I definitely had better my potatoes was so greasy and meat was not tender. I really hate wasting my money on an experience that was not great. We were very disappointed with the food.

The place is gorgeous and the food was good! Cool spot to go with your girls! We went early because I still had to work but it's a vibe! Great music selection and it wasn't too loud! They gotta step up their coffee game though - it's a brunch/ breakfast spot with no coffee options - lol! I'd give it 7 out of 10 Side note: they don't offer tap water and make you pay for bottled water. Also we didn't have a reservation and the place was empty and. We still had a wait for everything- even to be served with servers there. We waited almost 25 min before we got anything but they were polite enough considering.

This restaurant is so beautiful and the service was amazing! Food was delicious and served hot. Our server Shy was amazing and patient for our party of 8. Attentive but not bothersome she did a wonderful job and was so polite. I really appreciate that. It's a 10/10 for me! We truly enjoyed ourselves. I appreciate the music selection being calm but upbeat and soulful mix. I would recommend and come back.

Instagram worthy but highly disappointed We were in town for a bachelorette trip and the bride had found Mosa via Instagram and wanted to go. We were a group of 8 ladies. At first, they tried to squeeze us into a booth but we requested to move to another area and pull tables together - which the server accommodated - but she was extremely rude in her response. There were a couple instances when some of the ladies would order where she would make the rudest facial expressions and was not very friendly when someone asked a question about the food (one lady is highly allergic to strawberries) or asking for another cup of coffee, etc. we each asked for water - she immediately brought out Fiji water - she should have asked if we wanted bottled water or tap water and not just assume bottled water to mark the bill up. Tap water would have been perfectly fine. The restaurant was playing amazing 90s rb&b however, there were two occasions where they turned up the music so loud that we had to ask them to turn it down. Mindful of the fact that we were the only table in there at 9am on a Friday for brunch...the food took about 2 hours to be served and the server didn't check on us much. To get to the food - the food was very good! A little overpriced for brunch food but spoil yourself here, the food is great! There were other staff in the restaurant and they honestly made us feel like we shouldn't have been there. Most of us were highly disappointed in the experience...we didn't even get any pictures of the group because we were ready to leave since they made us feel pretty uncomfortable.

This was my first time here and I am absoulutly pleased with the asthetics. Tanya was our waitress and she was amazing!!! I will be back
