MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes

BEST BURGER IN GALLATIN, TN!!!Locally Owned and Operated. We ate lunch next to the owners family today while the owner was cooking burgers in the kitchen.My Family and I have been coming here a couple times a month for 9 months and have never been let down. The restaurant is clean and family friendly. The service the staff provide is exactly what you would hope for when taking your family out to eat. The Burgers as I said are the best in Gallatin (trust me we have tried all of them) and in my opinion TOP 10 in the Nashville area. They are a smash burger style with so many options to choose from for toppings. The fries are cooked perfect every time hot and crispy, never cold and soggy. The milkshakes and cookies are delicious. Honestly there are no negatives to this place. come try it! You won't regret it!

I'm giving this Mooyah's location a 2 star review as my actual meal was good, but my overall first experience with this chain was not a positive one. The group I was with put in a large pickup order (all separately). When 2 group members went to pick up all the orders, Mooyah staff forgot to put my second order burger in the bag, even though they were specifically asked about it. I had to go in separately to pick up my order, and the team did not apologize, or offer anything to compensate for the mistake. I asked for a discount on my burger due to the situation, and was told I could have a free shake or fry by the staff member (she was pleasant). Then the manager came out, and was downright unfriendly. I felt very ganged up on by the manager/staff. After a few awkward back and forths, I was given a free meal ticket. I appreciated being given the meal ticket, but it was not given willingly or friendly. This was my first visit to Mooyahs. My burger was good, however, I will likely not return to this location due to the poor treatment.

Tasty burger and fries! Very grateful that they have a gluten free bun, separate fryer for gluten free fries, and vegetarian options too. The shareable fries are huge, so if you're eating with another person definitely do that rather than two single/regular fries.

Visited MOOYAH with the family for a weekend lunch. We've been wanting to try this place. We were greeted at the counter by an engaging and friendly employee who answered all our questions and took our order. There is also an option to enter your order on a touchscreen if you're feeling a little more introverted. We ordered the MDC, the Double Diablo and a couple simple burgers. You can fill your own drink at the drink station. The food was promptly delivered to our table. Everyone thought the food was good. The fries were hot and the burgers were juicy and had plenty of condiments. The sweet potato fries were especially good as they had a crunchy exterior but were tender inside. We will definitely be back the next time we're looking for a good burger.

I don't know if this is okay for me to say, but when I could only afford my son a burger and a drink, the lady at the front helped me figure out how to make the meal cheaper by going through a combo or something. so nice of her, also she gave me a cup to get a drink for myself I wish I caught her name but she was working the front counter on June 4th 2024 at 5:30. so acknowledge her for her kindness please, she deserves it. Then a cook named Evan came around and was so polite waiting for my son at the drink machine. He was the one who cooked our burger and we got to speak to him for a minute and he was very polite and nice. I will definitely be coming back not only for these amazing people, but the amazing food as well, thank you MOOYAH

First time here after seeing loads of social media ads about shakes and burgers. I was in the same plaza shopping and stopped in with the wife. This was at 5pm, place was not busy at all. Ordered two burgers fries and drinks at the kiosk, wow $30!?! Hand written signs that the ice cream machine was broken no could not order shakes I marked items and made a note about no onions but the burger was made with onions. It seemed to take very long to make the order. Fries were not hot but very very salty like seawaterBurgers were bland, not worth the price The decor is great but this is an over priced McDonalds with the broken ice cream machine and all....

Just ok burgers. For what they cost they should be a five star burger at a fancy restaurant. Definitely not impressed.

Me and My Husband went to check out this new restaurant in Gallatin on Saturday around 2:00 pm and I'm so glad we did. You go up to the counter and place your order and they give you a number on a stand and then you go and pick out somewhere to sit and they bring your food to your table. They have tables and chairs,booths, and outdoor seating. We ordered 2 Bacon Cheese Burgers with homemade fries and chips and drinks.Our food came to our table Hot,Fresh,Delicious, and in a timely manner. Go and check this place out.

Best Burger in Gallatin! They also have the best gluten free buns! Wife and I both loved it!

I went to Mooyah with some friends it was my first time and it was amazing very impressed wonderful customer service the burgers were fantastic! Did not get a shake, but I will next time because I will definitely be back!
