This hot dog stand is a must! After every night outing, make your way to the line and grab a true Seattle dog. It's a Louisiana link topped with sautéed onions and sauerkraut, smothered in cream cheese. This hot dog beats NY and Chicago style dogs easy. The guys here are quick and make them huge in portion which is legit. There may be other bars or places that have Seattle dogs but nothing beats this location. This is where it's at and you won't ever try another. I recommend all tourists visiting Seattle to put this stand on your food list when visiting. Cheers!

My company had the food truck cater a lunch for us and it was truly outstanding! I had the spicy with cream cheese, onions, and brown mustard. The link reminded me of one I had during a layover in Chicago. Services was friendly and genuine. I definitely recommend.

When it's 1 or 2 am and you're leaving the club or bar scene and you step outside the first thing you smell is that delicious grilled up Seattle dog (hot dog) there is no way you just going to walk by it without grabbing one. The way they grill it and add all kinds of good good on it .. maaaan! Listen if you ain't from Seattle and you around cap hill you definitely gotta get yourself a monster Seattle dog ..

One of the best polish hot dogs I've had ever! We were walking back to our air bnb from meeting with friends at a pool hall close by. Stopped by to try this place out. It's a stand right outside a nightclub. I don't usually do street food, but this place is a must try when in Seattle. Plus I saw that they were featured on the travel channel, so they have to be good! Thank you monster dogs for the great polish hot dogs! I can't wait to stop by again soon!

Homie --You're drunk AF and need a carby, meaty sustenance after a night of shaking your ass and mixed drinks. So go here.Order their Spicy Beef Dog, Seattle style (aka w/ cream cheese). They butterfly the wiener, grill both sides, and then nestle it in between a beautifully soft bun.For toppings, I asked for horseradish and mustard. Fantastic, soul-satisfying stuff. Other things to know:- Find it outside of Neomos.- Don't take too longer to order.- A dog will set you back something born of $6.- They accept credit cards. You're welcome.

Monster Dogs is a nifty little food stand that was right beside Nuemos when I got out of a concert a couple of weeks ago. This is a food cart and is open late so it's perfect if you are out and about gallivanting around in Capitol Hill in the later evening. They have several hot dog options including a vegan one. I got their beef polish dog which was a tasty little meal. The hot dogs are pretty large (or long) and even if there is a line they get people through quickly. Definitely a great place to go if you get out of a late night show and want a little bit of a snack before going on your way.

I generally enjoy trying things that are indigenous to an area. Monster Dogs serves something called the "Seattle Dog" at a cart right outside of a concert hall called Neumos in Seattle. In their defense, for me - it's hard to measure up to a Chicago dog. This hot dog had onions and cream cheese. While it was unique and I certainly ate most of it, I definitely couldn't finish it. It was a bit over the top. I will say the price was good and they are in the perfect spot being outside of a concert hall.

Did you really go to Seattle if you didn't have a Seattle Dog? It was our last night in Seattle and a couple of friends and I were on a hunt for a hotdog stand that was open on a Monday evening. We came across Monster Dogs and were immediately hooked by the smell. We ordered 2 Beef Polish Sausages Seattle Style ($6 each). What makes it a Seattle Dog is the onions and cream cheese. Who knew that would be great on a hotdog!?For the first one, we got most of the condiments on it including cream cheese, relish, sauerkraut, ketchup, mustard, mayo, and BBQ sauce. We opted to not get the jalapeños or Sriracha. For the second one, we kept it simple and just got the cream cheese, relish, and sauerkraut. For $6, it was so worth! This Seattle staple really impressed me and I know I will be dreaming about it until my next Seattle trip.
