Fast service, enough variety. Couldn't order online for 6 cupcakes so had to do it person. Would have preferred being able order ahead and pick up. But tasted good and friends all enjoyed the flavors.

Molly's Cupcakes has been a Chicago favorite of mine since I was in High School. I moved away to Minnesota, so now whenever I'm back and near a location I drag whomever is with me for a cupcake!This time around, we were nearby at the Guinness Brewery and I saw there was a Molly's a few blocks away. We stopped in at about 5:45 on a Sunday and the place was empty, but the case was pretty full! So many options to choose from including cupcakes, cheesecakes, rice krispies, cookies, etc.I was in the mood for chocolate so I got the Cookies N Creme cupcake, and my boyfriend also wanted a chocolate covered Oreo.We sat at one of the bar tables and scarfed down the treats. The cupcakes still remain my favorite - with a delicious Oreo filling, chocolate cupcake, and rich buttercream. The chocolate covered Oreo was nothing special, but a fun little treat.

This place is located in the west loop area. The staff were friendly and attentive. They have a wide selection of cupcakes that you can choose from. I decided to go with the butter, scotch and the cream Brulé,. The cream Brulé is ridiculously amazing and I highly recommend. The butterscotch was not as tasty it was a little dry. The prices are decent. There are plenty of tables where you can sit down and enjoy your delicious treats. The decor is nice and fun. They have street parking where you can pay to park. No one informed me of any rewards program when you pay if you ever have you square it shows up as Muslim company and you get an email which can be a little confusing. I hope you enjoy.

As delicious as they look! They're usually filled with some sort of crème or filling in the middle that makes the cupcake extra fun to eat. There are so many flavors to choose from I'm sure there's something for everyone in here. On top of that, the woman behind the counter was friendly and not pushy (like some others are). We are inside because it was raining and the interior was surprisingly modern. Only complaint is how weirdly low the chairs are. Not docking points for that though. I highly recommend coming here!-AT

Dropped by here on a whim as I was searching the city for desserts late at night and boy was I surprised at the wealth of creative flavors and options available to me. Only got two but eager to come back and try even more of the flavors!Staff was super nice even though I came in 5 minutes before closing. I ordered the Peach Cobbler and the Creme Brulee. While they are slightly smaller than other boutique cupcakes, the flavors are well-cultivated and refined.

Fresh, Taste great, and prettySomeone told me that we first eat with our eyes and I now see that when I go to Mollys.I never had a Crème Brûlée cupcake but it was so pretty I tried it and it is now my favorite.The customer service at the Wabash Ave. location is hit or miss, most days. But I offer them grace because it's not that they are not friendly but they don't go out of their way to be. No matter what don't let that stop you from the experience my top three: Peach Cobbler, Crème Brûlée and Salted Caramel ButterscotchEnjoy

Called 5 days in advance to place a custom order for cupcakes, for pickup on a Saturday at 9am. Called again on Friday to reconfirm the order and 9am pickup for Saturday. When I showed up at 9am on Saturday, the door was locked. An employee saw us and unlocked the door to let us know they didn't open until 10am. When we pointed to the sign on the building, it stated hours were 9am on Saturday's. The employee appeared confused and stated she wasn't ready to open and closed and locked the door. We waited 20 minutes before the doors were unlocked and the store was opened to pickup the order. I have reached out to the manager repeatedly now to try to resolve this issue and have received no response.
