Mochinut- Atlanta

Some people may not be able to get jiggy with the texture, but I think Mochinut is a delicious and light play on donuts. If you like mochi and you like donuts, you'll enjoy the unique combo.I visited this location during Sunday Funday at Chattahoochee Food Works. The line wasn't long and I got to see them making my donuts. The menu is similar to Crumbl in that they change flavors every week. I purchased six different flavors ranging from dulce de leche, to cookie butter (using biscoff cookies) and cinnamon toast crunch. The airiness of the dough pairs well with some of the sweeter flavorings, and I really enjoyed it.

Mochinut can also be found in Chattahoochee Works. The service was moving slow. I decided to eat and come back later. There was only 1 person in front of us but they were very indecisive. We need what we wanted and could wait.The staff was ok. I wouldn't say overly friendly. They were ok. They pointed out the different flavors and asked what we wanted. We got the one with raspberry drizzled funnel cake and chocolate oreo.I am going to Mochinut is a different concept. I tried the raspberry funnel cake. The consistency was very chewy. The presentation of the product looks great. The various flavors look good and there is variety. I thought it was okay. Too chewy for me. For the price, which is $3.75, there were not my cup of tea. However, they were not horrible and encourage others to try something new.

Popped over here as we had satisfied our savory taste buds. I got their cookies n cream donut which was soft, chewy and sweet enough. Staff was nice and packaging was pretty straight forward. Would order from here again.

I always love trying new and unique food items and this one hit the spot! The texture of these donuts is so nice and lightly chewy and all three flavors we tried were delicious! I also appreciated that they didn't feel super heavy or oily like some donuts can. They're definitely a bit pricey because the donuts were $3.75 each. You can go to a LOT of other great donut spots in atlanta and get a donut for less and get more food volume. If you're looking for something more unique than your typical donut I definitely recommend these, but don't expect them to be super filling!

Really cute donuts! I got the strawberry, cookies and cream, and original. My favorite was the original. The icing was a bit too thick for me and I prefer less sweet desserts but overall it was cute and I enjoyed it! Would recommend as a novelty speciality dessert for a special occasion but I probably wouldn't get these on a regular basis. I got these when I was at JapanFest but I don't think I'd go out of my way to get another!

Interesting sweet stuff. I'm glad I had the opportunity to try. I would not go out of my way to enjoy another. Best when warm.

These are really good!!!! They aren't too sweet, definitely needed to walk them off afterwards!!!!

Food:I went next door to unbelibubble to get a drink to go with my mochi donuts. I like Mochinut, if you have been to other Mochinuts, you should know what to expect here. We had one that I forgot the name of, strawberry funnel cake and churro. Churro and funnel cake are some of my favorites whenever I get a mochi donut. I highly recommend trying Mochi donuts at other places and then coming here also and trying this place.Service:The person that helped me was great. She took our order and got us in/out quick without being rude. We went around the corner to enjoy the treats and sit down.Restroom:This entire place, inside of Chattahoochee has great restrooms. They were clean and had napkins in order to get in/out of the restroom. The ones I went to, there are others elsewhere I'm sure, were an individual that were fresh and airconditioned well on a hot day.Summary:The donuts were great. I like Mochinut, they are a staple for Mochi Donuts. I like to try smaller Mochi donut places, but this place is always great and I like knowing what I am going to be getting in unfamiliar places.
