From her cute strawberry dress and nails- she really is the real life Strawberry Shortcake! She started her delightful strawberry dessert business with custom orders and events, and now she's bringing her berry-filled dreams to life with her very own pop-up shop at Mission Valley Mall! From now until October, indulge in perfectly themed, strawberry-infused treats that are as adorable as they are delicious. My favorite was definitely the chocolate dipped strawberries and the strawberry cheesecake cupcake! Find her vibrant shop next to AMC and grab a sweet movie-themed dipped fresh strawberry, cheesecake strawberry cupcakes, dipped candy apples, or their signature strawberry cheesecake TACO! The taco was very unique and unlike anything I have tried before! Don't miss out on this strawberry paradise! She still is also accepting custom orders! I had the pleasure of trying desserts from Mitri's Delight, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the aroma of freshly baked goods filled the air, setting the stage for a delightful treat.Each of the offered menu items was impressive, catering to strawberry enthusiasts and dessert connoisseurs. Whether you're in the mood for a chocolate covered strawberry, cheesecake stuffed cupcake, or chocolate covered apple, you can't go wrong. I particularly enjoyed their strawberry cheesecake cup. Once I tried a sample, I just couldn't resist. There's an exceptional balance in flavor and texture, making each bite a heavenly experience.The presentation of the desserts was beautiful, showcasing the skill and artistry that goes into each creation. Solid 4! Received excellent customer service from Brandon. I love supporting small businesses. I've been following Mitri's delights for some time now. Glad to see she has a location in the mall now. I heard from the grapevine.. she may move to a bigger location where she can serve more of a variety. Her storefront mainly consists of strawberry items. I bought three strawberry cheesecake stuffed cupcakes and also cheesecake parfait with strawberries on top. I wasn't feeling the parfait as much as the cupcakes, they were delicious. She also sells her own brand of strawberry crumbles.Wish this business nothing but success.

This place is amazing and I love how everything matches the strawberry theme, not only in the desserts but the container and bag they came in, the store, and even Mitri! The desserts are delicious, delicate, and perfectly sweet. I got the cheesecake stuffed cupcakes and strawberry cheesecake cup and they were so good. I am definitely coming back to try the strawberry shortcake topping next time!

Such a fun spot! These treats are perfect for a gift or if you have little ones, they'll love it! I checked out their popup at Mission Valley Mall and it's super cute! My favorite was the cheesecake cupcakes & chocolate strawberries!

I had a strawberry cheesecake cup at their pop-up and it was absolutely amazing! Seriously, each bite was better than the last. The chocolate covered strawberries looked so cute and I hope to see them at more farmers markets :)

Holy SH*T. This white chocolate caramel apple coated in strawberry crunch. I could die and go to heaven and still dream of this apple. I get chocolate caramel apples every time I see them. Super important to note, over 7 days later and it's still super fresh being in the fridge the whole time. The caramel didn't get weird and liquidy like most. My kids loved the cheesecake cups. Also, Mitri's mom is the absolute sweetest woman. We'll be back every single time!!

Wow, this place is so good! I don't know how she makes that strawberry jam, but it is so delicious, I was so impressed by how tasty these treats were. I love that this is a woman owned, local business, and I'm so happy to find a new sweet place to add to my go to list.
