This place is really good and freshI enjoy coming here but it's sometimes out of budget, understandable because of the great qualityI recommend the milk teas to tryThe boba is also always so good and steaming when I walk in:))

Not the best. Not bad. I had kind of a unique experience here in that I came twice in a row back to back days and ended up overpaying because they didn't have the appropriate amount of change to give me the first time I came (?) and I was about two cents short on my next visit and they wouldn't allow me to take the two cents that happened to be sitting on the counter on either side, which had large volumes of change sitting around(?) So the lack of flexibility in policy(?) or just unfortunate customer service I received(?) was really disappointing. I let them keep the extra change the day prior because they didn't have the correct change to give to me(?) or it was something like that, and then next day when im 2 cents short..."no." No apology or hey it's policy etc., nothing. The tea was delicious. Had the staff member been a -tiny- bit more reasonable, they would have easily had 5 stars.

My sister and I were in the area, so we decided to stop by for a sweet treat since she has never been to MissBoba! I have been here before, but my sister hasn't. So, the cashier was helpful and gave us some recommendations, as well as making sure our order was correct before we paid for the drinks. I ordered the Strawberry Yogurt with crystal boba. This was one of the suggestions the cashier gave since it is a seasonal drink that is made with fresh fruit! My sister ordered the House-Made Ube Milk Tea with brown sugar boba, which was also seasonal. The interior of the boba shop is SUPER cute! It looked like it was still decorated for Lunar New Year, in addition to their regular decoration.

Visited Seattle for the weekend from Idaho. I'll have to find an excuse to keep coming here so I can get some boba! We do not have it good where I live, this place definitely reminds me of the Chicago boba places I know and love. I loved the passionfruit green tea, it's fruity yet still gives you that amazing green tea flavor, not overly sweet. I added lychee jelly, I highly recommend!

Very nice boba, staff were super helpful and the boba was well made and not too sweet. Will definitely go again!

The best boba I've ever had!! I am so hooked! Ordered the Oreo crème puff smoothie and brown sugar crème brûlée and it's just amazing!! The large and regular size is only $1 difference so order the large, it's worth my $7.

Excellent customer service. I give this place 4 stars, would have been 5 but there was too much ice. The store was very clean and had a very cute atmosphere. I ordered two different teas Passion fruit green tea and Lychee drainage green tea. I will return to this store.

I drove from Seattle to Kent to get this boba on a hard day if that tells you anything.The staff is the most informed of any tea shop you'll find! They know their menu well and have never given a bad recommendation based on the vague and indecisive descriptions I'll give at times. Unlike most places, their taro and ube are made fresh in house (most places use powder) and it makes a HUGE difference in the flavor. Only problem I have is drinking it too quickly for such a big drive lol! Lots of good seating space and fun decor. Good parking because it's besides a Safeway grocer and other stores

I'm obsessed with this spot and for the price it's definitely worth it for quality boba can't wait to try the other flavors it was my first time there and the owner said the brown sugar boba brûlée fresh milk for the drink to try to I ordered and it definitely did not disappoint the tapioca was soft and chewy . The added pudding was bonus to the drink .

People have always told us this is like their favorite boba place and finally I tried it. They were not lying the boba is so good and the perfect texture. They drinks are amazing and I can't wait to go back.
