Delivery reviewLunchtime teriyaki orderI always need backup teriyaki spots for my go-to, which is practically just around the corner. It's still fun trying as many spots as I can, even if I do have a current favorite. This place has high ratings and is local to me. Spicy Chicken TeriyakiToo sweet for me, which is common with plain teriyaki but less so with spicy variations. Heavily glazed with yaki sauce. Very mild peppery flavors. The usual dollops of white rice and extra sauce on the side. This is maybe a 1-star spice level. I'll happily order from these folks again but will need to find a truer spiced version with less glaze somewhere else on the menu. They DO for sure leave nice grill marks and grilled flavor on the chicken. It's cool they offer a "large" option as well, especially since this portion was smaller than many other places.Miso SoupMiso this affordable is always just heated up from a base with packaged ingredients, and this is certainly no different. Very satisfying for me, especially this time of year. It disappeared quickly, even while still hot. Hotter than the other items, like miso always seems to be on delivery orders. More expensive than other places for the same size, but so satisfying in cold weather that I simply did not care. GyozaAnother food item that most places get ready-made and just heat up. As much as that resembles a late-night snack, and as expensive as most places make it, I'm still a sucker for them...even though they're not on my diet. These had great flavor in the stuffing, and were cooked just a little past golden brown so they almost crunched. That's exactly right and I don't feel the least bit guilty about the slightly-overpriced cheat. Bottom line, I'm happy to check out a new place for sure, and would order from this place again, especially if other spots were not an option for whatever reason.

I had salmon Teriyaki's and it was actually outstanding! Thank u! They said 15 mins and it was ready when I arrived. Price is fair as they should be well compensated for serving great food!!! Maybe stay open a bit later and never close early???

The jalapeños chicken was delicious and I highly recommend it. The dish was different from your typical teriyaki so it was a great! It makes me extra happy when you try something new and you clean the plate because it was prepared right.

one hit, two misses First hit, the Chicken Teriyaki was the best of the three items we ordered. I would say it was average compared to other Teriyaki places around town. Taste and quantity were both adequate. First miss, the Chicken Katsu Curry was lacking. Specifically the taste. It was weak at best, the curry flavor was just very weak and diluted.Second miss, Chefs special Fried rice. Was overloaded with beef and not too much else. This dish should have a variety mixed in; it didn't. Also the flavor was non-existent. It was more like soy sauce friend rice. Pass on this one.

I have been looking for a favorite teriyaki spot, this definitely is it. I've been coming here since I moved to the area (2020). I also brought my (skeptical) adult son who looks for authentic food (he lived in China for a decade & always compares 'American food ' as the underdog). He was IMPRESSED The service is always kind & courteous regardless eating in or take out.The restaurant itself is quiet, nothing fancy.Only thing I personally have issues with are utensils being out in the open. If I knew how to use chop sticks that would be my preference as they are sealed.This is the only spot I frequent for my teriyaki.
