This place is very busy on the weekend. We left a message in the phone and the owner called us back without any problem. We tried the butter chicken, special briyani with chicken and goat, goat curry, and extra naan in addition to a special Yelp meal. I have been raving about the briyani with my friends! It was one of the best I have ever had! It is on the spicy side but the flavor was exceptional! Highly recommend it. We will be back to try the Indian Pizzas. That sounded very interesting.

I passed by this place quite a few time but finally tried it today. We got:Tandoori chicken - juicy and flavorful and comes with some veggies. Probably one of the best tandoori chicken I had in a while because most of the chicken tends to be dry. Gongura chicken curry - spicy! I love it, but it's definitely not for those who can't handle spice. They have chill peppers in there! The flavor and chicken was super tasty as well. This came with naan. The naan was a little lackluster as it wasn't as soft and flavorful as other places. It was pretty decent in size though.Chicken biryani - huge amount, you can easily just have this and be full. The chicken again was cooked perfectly and this dish alone was super fillingMango lassi and yogurt sauce - definitely need these to help with the spice. The mango lassi was very strong in mango flavor and it was a nice balance.Gunjab dessert - my husband loved this but it's not my favorite but that's just my preference.Service was great and the people are super nice! Price is very reasonable for what you get. Definitely will be trying their other food next time (heard the pizza are amazing)

Similar to the other reviews, this place was not super great food wise but what actually annoyed me the most were the employees because they tried to sell us on things that we didn't need over and over. They kept saying well why don't you have this appetizer, don't you want to drink? I think you want to drink. I think you want an appetizer too. Desert? Get dessert. Like that is not a way to get business and generate more money it just annoys your customers. I will probably not be returning. Not to mention it was really expensive- we got two entrées and an appetizer and it was almost $100, I honestly feel like they were just making up prices when they were checking us out.

Delicious! Very zippy with seasonings and heat. For me, the perfect level of heat. A bit too hot for my other, though he enjoyed all the dishes too! I'm thrilled to find an Indian restaurant making such flavorful and traditional cuisine. And at the same time surprising me with creativity, with a take on tandoori pizza! The mango lassi was luxurious, which we learned on the ride home because it looked so good we had to taste it. The chicken tikka was better than expected. Cooked well and moister than I've grown to expect from this dish. First time sampling gongura chicken curry, but it wont be the last. A complex dish, with lots of chicken and lots of wonderful, rich sauce - without the heaviness that sometimes comes with curries. Loved the chicken 65 biryani. As much as I enjoyed the entire meal, this might have been my favorite dish. The beautiful basmati rice, the seasonings and complex flavor. Yum! The garlic naan was serviceable, but not exciting. Which surprised us as we also tried one of the pizzas (tandoori chicken pizza), and I was impressed with the pizza crust. (Actually liked the whole pizza experience - the crust, the toppings, the cheese). We really appreciated the riata and chutney. Finishing with the decadent gulag jamon was perfect. And it was perfectly made, golden brown and soaked through with the delicious syrup. Thank you Mirchi! Wonderful dinner and we look forward to the next!

This restaurant is in Issaquah and very close to Orenji Sushi (which is also very yummy!).Mirchi's Indian Restaurant and Pizza is a busy and efficiently run restaurant. They have very aromatic and tasty Indian food. Due to the pandemic, the restaurant is takeout and delivery only and this place was very busy while I was there.I love Indian food which is so beautifully prepared, colorful and so delicious! We ordered the Butter Chicken Pizza which an unusual twist on the Pizza food group. We each tried some of it and it was pretty tasty. Very unique. My son devoured the rest of the pizza in one sitting. My vegan daughter had the Channa Masala and she said it was very good. I was too full to try any of it. My other daughter had the Butter Chicken Curry which was very good and traditional. You will get large portions and have plenty of leftovers for another day. Thanks Mirchi's for being open during the pandemic and allowing us to try your wonderful food. I'll be back!

My boyfriend and I visited Mirchi for the first time to pick up my YES meal, which allowed me to order A LOT (!!!) of food for a great price. We ended up getting more than enough food and had leftovers for a few days. I can't imagine how long it would've lasted if I would've been the only one eating it... The experience was great from start to finish. We called about an hour in advance to order, and the man (who I believe was the owner) was extremely friendly. We ordered the mango lassi, chicken tikka, gongura chicken curry, chicken biryani, garlic naan, and the gulab jamon (a lot of chicken, I know). We drank the mango lassi on our way home. It was thick, creamy, yogurty, and perfectly sweet. It was ideal for sharing because of its richness. The chicken tikka was great and we finished it quickly. Biryani is one of my favorites, so I really loved this dish. I do wish it would've had raisins it in though. :) The gulab jamon was strange but pretty good. It was my first time trying it, and it's basically a soft doughy ball drenched in sweet syrup. I'm not sure I'd order it again, but it was interesting to try. Additionally, the garlic naan was amazing. It's hard not to love. Our ONLY slight... sliiiiight problem was the intense spiciness of the gongura chicken curry. We are both into spicy foods, but this was extreme. It would probably be best if the restaurant gave a warning about how spicy this dish is... lol. The flavor was great, but it was hard to have more than a couple bites without your nose running heavily and without running to the fridge for some yogurt to help with the heat. The heat was almost addicting, though, as it seemed we both couldn't stop taking bites... :) Overall, I'm glad we had the chance to visit Mirchi. We'd love to go back and try some of their pizza!

I finally got a chance to try their Indian themed pizzas. Got the special large (2 for $24), a tandoori paneer and a chicken 65 pizzaFirst off, the pizza was ready in 15 min. It was hot and well secured in an insulated pizza cover. As for the pizza, the crust was just right for my liking even though I tried the pizza 30 min later. The Chicken 65 pizza was amazing. It had the right amount of 65 sauce and a generous amount of toppings. Very flavorful. As for the tandoori pizza, the paneer was flavored with tandoori masala. I was hoping for some tandoori pizza sauce which imo would have made the pizza more awesome. All said, it was a great deal for Indian themed pizzas as compared to CanAm. I am definitely going tp try the other pizzas like Butter Chk. A+ for service and quality of food. Please patronize this small business during this time of need.

Except for the Mutton biryani, which is by the way the best one I ever had in Dallas. The rest are pretty much not that great. Their customer service is not that great. Had to wait 1hr for a pick in the afternoon, long wait times for pick up. Will try again to see if the service or food is better next time

Solid restaurant that we only just discovered! Got quick and tasty take out on a Thursday night. I discovered them through an awesome yelp event, and for fairness sake, I won't review the food we got as part of the Yelp package, since that isn't the standard meal experience. As part of a normal meal, we tried their garlic naan and Goat Karahi ($15). The goat dish is labeled on their menu as GF and DF. It is not labeled as spicy. The dish is described as being marinated in freshly made spices, cooked with onions, tomato, yogurt, poppy seeds, and coconut. This sounded awesome to me and hubby, so we got it and dug in. In the dark brown sauce where what looked like green bell peppers. My first bite in, I thought, wow this is really spicy. By my third bite, my whole mouth was on fire and my lips were numb. I had to get a glass of milk. I'm not normally a spicy food person, but my husband is, and even he thought it was hot. Turns out, what I thought were green bell peppers was just slices of JALAPENO. Mixed right in. It was too intense for us to eat more than a few bites each. Very tasty, but just too intense. The other food we got as part of the Yelp package was all really tasty, so we'll be giving this place another shot. I do think it might help for them to mark their spicy food items on their menu, and consider listing jalapeños as an ingredients if they're going to be generously mixed into a dish.FYI: ordering on the phone might take a few tries of calling before they answer.

I am always on the lookout for good Indian food and I was recently introduced to Mirchi so I stopped by for some takeout. There is a small parking lot right next door as well as some street parking out front.MANGO LASSI - This was sweet and thick and very nice to cool down the heat of the other dishes. I don't know why I don't order mango lassi more often but I might have to reconsider. 5/5GARLIC NAAN - It was nice and garlicky. Of course I could always go for more garlic but it was good. It was chewy and not doughy. 4/5CHICKEN TIKKA - The chicken is very tender with slight charring on the outside edges. I enjoyed eating this with the raita that they give on the side. 3.5/5BUTTER CHICKEN - This curry is on the sweeter side compared to the other curry I got. The chicken is amazingly tender and in a way this curry does a good job of also cooling down the spices from everything else. 4.5/5GONGURA CHICKEN CURRY - This is a lot more spicy than the butter chicken. I could see the whole peppers in the curry and they give an extra level of heat when eating those whole. This was also considerably thicker than the butter chicken and was delicious. 5/5CHICKEN 65 BIRYANI - The chicken 65 by itself is 5 stars for me but when adding the biryani on top of it (or in this case, below it) it takes the whole dish to another level. It's nice and spicy and the lemon does a great job brightening up the flavors as it does for all the things I ordered. This is so flavorful and might have been my favorite out of everything I got. 5/5This is slightly out of the way for me and further away from some other Indian spots that I like on the Eastside, but this is now part of my top Indian restaurants in Seattle.
