I saw this restaurant during my lunch break and decided to stop by and see what they have. I'm glad I did. I enjoyed their Chicken Tikka Masala and it was incredible. Rich taste, great portion size and a fair price. I highly recommend this restaurant. I'll be back here again and often.

Went one day, was told the kitchen is not serving food today. Came back a few weeks later, was told they are no longer serving food, period.

This place is a gem. Staff is super nice, fast and helpful. The lunch is freshly prepared with fine ingredients. Presentation is high quality. Don't let the slot machines discourage you when looking for lunch in Elk Grove!

This place is the best- super fresh and delicious food. The location Isn't the best but don't let that discourage you from checking it out. The owner is super friendly and accommodating

Worst experience today.1. We waited 15 mins to get order - She was by herself, there were 3 more other customers, she was busy making their food2. Finally she came, took our oder- She served 2 samosas first, but no utensils so we asked, took another 5 mins. She was busy to taking to other customer: how happy she is because he came back to try her restaurants and etc. I understand communicate with customer is very important specially for the new restaurant. But she could gave us the utensils first and chat with the other customer would be better. Because whole time while she was chatting him, she was holding our utensils. 3. Waters. - When she took our order, we asked for the water. She forgot. After the food served, I went to counter and asked her the water! She totally forgot again. She never came to us ask us hows the food. Well, everyone in the restaurant got the water but us. Overall, I really liked the restaurant so went there today, but had worst experience today. If you work in office, and if your lunch hour is 12-1pm DO NOT go this place. 12:10 we got there 12:25 she took our order 12:40 she served the food 12:50 we had to leave because we had to back to work. ** we couldn't enjoy the food, and the food taste so different than last time. Because I could tell she is rush. Well.. unfortunately, I will never go back to this place.

I'm not an expert in Indian food so it was great being able to order the various dishes that are home cooked at a reasonable price to find out what I like. To my surprise I have liked them all so far. Really enjoyed the food and the staff was really pleasant. Great place to learn about India dishes with out breaking the bank.
