Mio Streetfood

A bit hard to spot from Bothell Way, its nestled behind the Shell Gas Station. Mio Streetfood is an attractive food truck run by very nice people. The street tacos are the main draw. I was surprised when they came wrapped with only one tortilla instead of the double that is common. It was strong enough to hold up and yet tender and tasty, so not a deal breaker. On a previous visit, the Carnitas and the Asada were a bit dried out but still very delicious. This time, the meat was moist and even better. The Perro Caliente has been on my wish list for a long time. Its an Arizona Tex-Mex favorite and hard to find outside Arizona. Its a bacon wrapped hot dog smothered in good stuff and very messy and tasty. Again they did not have their Chocoflan. I'm still looking forward to trying theirs.

This place never fails us. My roommates and I eat here every so often and today we all got burritos. Carnitas, chicken and asada ones to be exact. Huge burritos and nice portions. They're always so incredibly friendly when we order. The menu has a lot of options too. Thanks!

Outstanding tacos I got the pork carnitas with grilled onions and jalapeños. Absolutely delicious. Some places leave a lot of fat in their carnitas, which I really don't like, but these were perfect, great flavor. Looking forward to coming back!

Been wanting to check out this food truck for a while now and finally had an opportunity! Made it over for a breakfast burrito and it was absolutely delicious! I went with a carne asada burrito and it was very flavorful, perfect size and cooked to order. I'll definitely be back for some lunch tacos!

I was crazing burrito and found this new place on Yelp. It's hidden between the sign of Shell gas station and a convenient store. Rite Aid was behind this food truck. There was plenty of parking and some seatings were available. The ambiance was laid back. The staff was friendly and efficient. I ordered breakfast burritos, birria tacos, chicken quesadillas and horchata. When we tried at home, we really enjoyed every bite. They were so delicious and beef broth for tacos had rich flavors. Flour tortillas were great and I liked all the sauces. I was glad to find this hidden gem and will definitely come back!

Mio Streetfood is a hidden gem. Excellent Mexican food and the owners are so friendly! I usually get 4-5 tacos (one of each variety) and have been impressed every time with the flavor and consistency. Their vegetable burritos are also fantastic.Hope they have plans to expand because the rest of Seattle would love Mio Streetfood!

One of the top Mexican food trucks ever! The quesabirria is amazing. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside and not greasy at all. Highly recommend!

I stopped by here around 6 pm on a Wednesday and ordered some dinner. The workers were really friendly. I got the birria tacos and crispy chicken tacos. They made my order really quickly! They have a few tables outside but seems like a to go type of place. I really loved the food, especially the crispy tacos. I definitely want to come back and try the street tacos. Great little spot but a little hidden by the gas station.

Great food at a VERY reasonable price. The ingredients tasted extremely fresh with yummy sauces on the side . The service was fast and friendly.

Best food truck in the area. Food is always amazing, portions massive, the people working there are incredibly friendly. It's the only place I spend money eating out these days. Everything I try, ends up being the best version of said food I've ever had.The carnitas is next level, I don't even normally like carnitas, but this is seasoned and cooked to perfection.
