Mintra Thai Cuisine

Saw that this was the best rated Thai food on Grubhub (or at least the best rated restaurant with the word "Thai" somewhere on the menu - a few non-Thai places came up, too). Also the prices were reasonable (something to consider when using Grubhub is going to add about $30 to what it would cost you if you dined on site. Ordered the curry fried rice, garlic onion chicken and beef, partial potsticker order, and fried chicken wings. Asked that everything be "not spicy." There is always a chance with Thai food that even the mildest setting will still be spicy and that was the case with the curry fried rice. I thought both the fried rice and the fried chicken were a bit overly dry; the spouse enjoyed everything with no complaints whatsoever. Suggest a slightly bigger container to deliver the chicken, as it was partially open and taped shut; also suggest a slightly larger white rice portion.

I love this place! I come here often for take out & have dined in a couple of times. I've always gotten quick & friendly service, & the food is great!I'm a huge fan of curry & have tried their pineapple, panang & green curries. I usually add the shrimp. All super tasty, & shrimp has never been overdone or rubbery. My boyfriend loves the pad thai, although a little more sweet for my liking. The crispy garlic chicken has a delicious sauce, & is actually crispy I've also gotten the crispy pork belly & the sauce that comes on the side is SO good! This is definitely the best spot near me to get Thai food!

Another one! A wonderful place for lunch! This place is in a mini plaza next to a bar and a pizza! I called my order in. The Crispy Garlic Chicken Lunch was Fabulous! Omg the food was hot and my portions for lunch were large! Yeppie I did mt happy dance the whole way through. Food was full of flavor! Staff was pleasant! It's a Yesssssss, for me!!!!! Great work going on up in here!

We are repeat customers here, it used to be Golden Wok but now it's a Thai restaurant. We come to order ToGo and dine in. Good food, friendly and polite staff and service is prompt. It's is a family restaurant and will recommend.

I had only been to this place once, many years ago when it was (IIRC) Golden Chinese restaurant. So, when my wife & I found out that it was now a Thai restaurant, we decided to check it out. So, here's my take. The food was amazing, with large portions. and reasonably priced. I took off one star, however, because our waitress seemed totally rushed the whole time we were there. I tried to tell her that the Crispy Garlic Chicken I ordered was some of the best I've ever had, but she walked away literally halfway through my sentence like she didn't have time for my compliment. Bottom line: Don't ask how everything was if you're just going to walk away in the middle of your customer's answer. The place isn't fancy inside, but it's nicer than when it was a Chinese restaurant.

Their pad thai is sweet, tangy, and savory! Mintra Thai is located at a tiny strip so it's very easy to miss and overlook them, but their food and service is great!I appreciate that people can order online for pick-up and that the pick-up process at the restaurant was very convenient (lots of parking).Note that their one star has no spice, so maybe increase the spiciness by two or more stars? The spiciness really helps balance the flavors, even for a sweet dish like pad thai.

Ordered the lunch curry with pad Thai. The pad Thai wasn't too sweet and the curry was delicious, it was a good portion too. The server was attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxing. I will definitely come back and try something else.

We found this on a whim since we were in the neighborhood and SO good!!!The staff was incredibly friendly and getting the food was quick.The pad Thai had a unique flavor - definitely more savory but we thoroughly enjoyed it.The crispy chicken was on point and the potstickers were as good as expected.One note - it was spicier than we expected. We usually get 2 stars but was a wee bit too spicy for my kiddos when we ordered 2 stars for our entrees. If you're spice sensitive, I'd recommend going a star lower than normal - you can always ask to add more spice. My husband & I planned to add more spice any way and they came out with a lovely stand of 3 spice options - chili garlic, hot oil & dry pepper flakes.This place is now a favorite!!!

Ordered delivery through Yelp. First time eating from here and it was tasty! Will eat here again.

We ordered here through ubereats. I had some papaya salad and fried pork fried rice. The papaya salad was a big portion and it was well balanced. The papaya was crunchy. The fried pork fried rice was good in flavor. The fried rice was crunchy and had good flavor. The fried pork was more in the chewy side than crunchy but that might be because it doesn't travel well.I'll definitely try this place again.
