Chris brought back Bud Light, Finally!!He is the best restraunt owner I have ever met!! The food is ALWAYS premium and the staff is so wonderful. Broad menu and everything is always awesome! Keep up the good joint!

If you want good food, cheap, with friendly service at a local casual place - this is it!Next up for my Hudson eating adventure was the Willow River Saloon. Technically, they're located in Buckhardt. But they're only about 1000 feet north of the Hudson city border.These are two places connected together - the Willow River Saloon in front, Carbone's Pizzeria in back, pool tables and restrooms in the middle. They both have the exact same menu. But the saloon is a rustic antique local bar (with a dance floor and area for a live band). The pizzeria looks exactly like you'd expect from a pizzeria.The food was good. And the prices were incredible. I got a beer, an appetizer, a cup of chili, a burger, AND a house made dessert for less than 30 bucks. My buddy got nearly as much food for a mere 20 bucks. Wow!They don't put on airs or pretend to be anything fancy. The staff are all super friendly and down-to-earth too. What a breath of fresh air.Thumbs up!Thanks, Willow River Saloon!-Daddy Maxx Retro

This place has specials for football games 5 for $15. But only for NFL games but shows for all MN and WI games..this place is so ridiculously expensive and some bartenders are rude n so not friendly

Great Carbones pizza! Always prepared to perfection - Extra large sausage & mushroom! Wait great broasted chicken too -- decisions decisions - fun atmosphere, overall great place. We've lost too many places in North Hudson - gotta keep this place in business.

My favorite dive bar in the area. I like the upstairs area where it feels like an old cowboy bar. Food is good, I love the pizza sandwich which are two for one on Tuesdays. $5 bfast on weekends. Great little gem.

This is one building that houses 2 businesses: Carbone's & Willow River Saloon (with a walkway between). My first review is for the Pizzeria: welcoming/neighborly spot that has great food. We had awesome service on an afternoon that was quiet in the restaurant side (this was just as restaurants are starting to reopen). I'm glad I talked my partner into splitting an app and dago sandwich! I enjoyed our lunch and couldn't resist their take home desert treats: strawberry rhubarb cheesecake & caramel bar!

My wife and I were just at Carbone's for the 2nd time in 2 weeks. We drove a fairly long way to get there mainly to have the pizza fries. I have had pizza fries at several restaurants, but these were the best ever. The crust is very thin and nice and crunchy on the edges as it should be. The prices are very reasonable. We had a wonderful, friendly server (Crystal) who really enhances our experience. We would love to have breakfast there on a Saturday some time. Next time we go there we want to buy a few frozen Carbone's pizzas.
