Whistle Stop Diner

We stopped here for breakfast/lunch but found out breakfast stops serving at 10:30am. I found a good solution (as I wanted breakfast) and that was a Denver omelette on toast, so basically a omelette sandwich. It was good. Denver omelettes are my fav. Lemonade was yummy. Husband had a burger basket. It was good but crinkly fries could have been a bit crispier. Fun place with a train theme. Lots of kitschy decorations which made it feel homey and unique. Parking was on street. Staff was attentive. Loved sitting in a high top booth. Good stop.

The perfect start to a great day!! Lovely little diner with delicious food and an always friendly staff too. Call up your crew and tell them you're all going out for brunch in the morning, you won't regret it! Although I haven't had a bad plate of food there, I'd recommend an omelette; they are giant and come with perfectly buttered toast on the side.

This place is the best! It's clean and great food! The best commercial beef I've had in a long time.My husband loved the fried meatloaf sandwich. The waiter was very nice and knowledgeable. We will be back to try more of their delicious food.

Food was delicious and had a great server. Didn't care for the orange juice but other than that it was great.

they were SO fast - food was delicious- prices were fantastic! stopped through town on a hiking trip with our dogs. chose the Whistle Stop and it was the right choice! we were worried about wait times with the dogs in the car (car was on and they were safe but BORED) but we were in and out in less than 30 minutes after taking our time to eat. our server was awesome too(: shoutout to Tyler- thank you for the amazing and FAST service

this place is overall awesome. food is always great, service always friendly and fast, and ambiance feels nostalgic and delightful.

Unbelievable food, and just great folks. So glad I went! This is the best of what small town America has to offer IMO.
