We originally ordered our furniture November 7th, 2021. We received partial order today March 17th, 2022 with the expectation of the rest of it sometime in April. The furniture that we did receive was beautifully done.We went there for a rocker/glider and after seeing them we also got a crib/bed conversion and a changing table/dresser. All done in the same wood styles and when the glider comes I'm sure it will look just as good as the rest.Unfortunately for us we had to rely on our salesperson Ryan to get our $6200+ order right, and he didn't. We ended up not getting the changing table attachment and if we spend another 300+ then they will order us one that we will receive in another undetermined amount of time.Ironically we didn't even take pictures of the dresser, just the changing table on top.Edit: After further inspection of crib found some splotched stain. Changed from 2* to 1*.

I don't rant often but I am sick and tired of businesses taking advantage of hard working people and not standing behind their products! We bought higher end furniture thinking that because they told us there was a lifetime warranty, if there were any issues they would honor it! Guess what we were wrong! The business is Welcome Amish Furniture in Albertville Minnesota! We spent over 2100.00 on a couch a little over two years ago and all we have done is sit on it and taken naps on it! The fabric has now ripped and pilled like crazy and they won't do anything about it! My suggestion is stay away from them! They told me it's not under warranty Smith Brothers only warranties the fabric for one year! Really! They have offered to recover the cushions for 40.00 a cushion with the same fabric that has been discontinued and they told us we can add stuffing to the back pillow! They claim they have never had any other complaints with this fabric, then why is it discontinued?

My wife and I have been looking for quality Amish furniture for a while now. I found Welcome Amish Furniture on the web, perused their online gallery of chairs and sofas, and decided to make the trip to Albertville today. Well worth the visit. My wife and I ended up buying a recliner chair, a rocking chair, and a recliner sofa. Prices are very amenable for the quality of the product. All special ordered, available in 8-12 weeks. The staff is very helpful (no pushy showroom tactics) and friendly. The show room is HUGE at 40,000 square feet! Highly recommended.

We worked with Michael for hours today trying to land on the right furniture. We avoid furniture due to sales pressure. Michael was the BEST salesperson we've ever worked with - knowledgeable, patient, and so helpful. We kept him well past closing and didn't realize it because he never let on. We are so thankful for his help, low pressure, and personable nature. Highly recommend Welcome Amish Furniture for their beautiful pieces and wonderful staff.

We purchased 4 Delray desk chairs with arms and Delray base which were delivered on June 24, 2019. On Nov. 5, 2019 we called, talked to Luke, expressing concern that all 4 chairs had loose casters and had squeaking noises with every movement. Nov.13th Luke sent a representative (one of their delivery people) to look at the chairs. Luke did not respond to us from that visit until Nov. 22, claiming their is nothing wrong and blaming it on the rug in our kitchen area. He did agree, however, to pick up one chair on Dec.4 and bring it to their shop for inspection. On Dec. 6, Luke called, saying the chairs do not squeak and casters are normal, even though we could very easily hear it in our home. These 4 chairs cost $2100.00 plus tax and delivery. Now, 17 months later, these chairs click, creak and groan like they are 20 years old. Noises are coming from the casters and from the wood joints. Not at all what we expected for $2100.00 from the Amish. Since my career was in the kitchen cabinet business and my dad a furniture repairman and refinisher, I have tried different things to make the casters keep from shifting when you sit down in the chair or even move a couple inches. All to no avail. Welcome Furniture was not interested in making things right, which is why this negative review was written. Will not purchase from them again.

Great furniture, fair prices, awesome selection. But my delivery experience was terrible. The workers were only interested in getting the delivery done as quickly as possible. I was trying to get the delivery guys to slow down and do a proper job of making sure my new wood floors would not be damaged by the new furniture. After they left, My wife, my 2 daughters, and a son in law who were home the day of the delivery, and witnessed what took place, ALL said I absolutely HAD to call the store to express my disappointment. Thinking that they would value me as a customer, and that they would offer some kind of apology, I called the sales Manager, and the only thing she wanted to talk about was how I mistreated the delivery guys and how we deserved what we got.I guess she was telling me to be a better customer!Bought our first piece of furniture there 20 years ago, loved the store, had visited with the owners in the past and thought how great they were, but this experience prompted my wife to say "We will never go there again"I called to talk to the owners, but the managers would not let us talk to the owner. Young managers that have not been around long enough to value a long term customer who has spent thousands of dollars in their store.Very sad and disappointed about this experience :(

No hospitality! Aggressive and deceitful workers and management. They surrounded us to intimidate us and were highly confrontational because they decided to misjudge us.

Beware of the finish on their tables and chairs. We purchased a table and chair set. They claim it has conversion varnish on it. I have sold conversion varnish for years. This is not conversion varnish! $3500 walnut table and chair set. Rubbing alcohol removes the finish. No rubbing alcohol should affect conversion varnish. Rubbing alcohol will not even affect a standard polyurethane varnish. BEWARE

We were out searching for a small entertainment table for our 37" TV and looked everywhere in the metro. We ran across Welcome Furniture because they used to be in Crystal near where I grew up. They now specialize in Amish built furniture. I know what you are thinking. What the heck would the Amish know about entertainment centers. Turns out they might not know tons but the quality of the furniture is second to none. The furniture runs from country to sophisticated in a classic way. Again, the quality is much better than anything you get in the basic furniture store in the metro area. Tim the sales person is fantastic and very low key. I think his motto is either you like it or you don't. We were very comfortable shopping in the store. Nice job. Well worth the drive to Albertville!
