Two more appliances have outlived their usefulness. Twice I've stopped here and a stove would be two weeks out for delivery, and just last night, I stopped in. Two weeks out for delivery plus $280 for installation on a dishwasher. I walked out and said " I'm going to Tony's." Forever lost my business with your logistics and delivery times.

aAbsolutely worthless. Wanted to buy a dishwasher, called, and salesperson said I needed to pay online. There was no pay online option so I called back as I wanted to prepay so my son could pick it up. She said they couldn't process over the phone but if I gave my sons name, and sent my debit card & drivers license, they'd run it when he arrived. He got there and they refused to run my card, saying it was 'illegal'. I CashApped him the $, so he could use his card & but it. Then they said, the dishwasher is here, but we can't sell it to you because it's not even online, we don't know how your mom even saw it. I sent him the website screenshot, but they refused to sell it. Then they said we could come back in a few days to see if it was still there. They said that they needed to close & made my son leave. Wasted 3hrs round trip for nothing....and now this salesperson has my debit card info! Do NOT go to Warner's Stellian! GARBAGE service.

This company has the absolute worst customer service. I purchased a brand new wall double over from here. It broke the first week we got it, then to get it fixed took two weeks. It broke again after a week and now I haven't had any answers for two months on when they will be able to get my part in or just completely replace the appliance. I'm not sure how they think it's acceptable to allow a family to not have an oven for two months. They have no urgency and do not make things right for their customers. I do not recommend purchasing here, Home Depot would never let this happen.

We just bought several new appliances for our kitchen, cooktop, oven, and refrigerator. We worked with Tanya and everything went smoothly. We did some research online to determine which brands we wanted to target. A visit to the store allowed us to see the actual appliance or something close to it. Tanya let us know that if we lock in and watch the pricing, if a lower price is tagged we simply call her and she will give us the lower price. We did do this during the Labor Day sale and got several hundred dollars off our total. Our appliances were delivered without issue. We do have a panel of our oven that has a broken clip and it's in process of being replaced. We also were able to take advantage of the Dakota County energy saving rebate which I will see on my next bill. Good experience overall.

We bought a new refrigerator and was offered a $50 rebate - I did all the correct paperwork and had to wait u til they delivered it to get the serial number off our fridge - was told to watch the email for the e -rebate- it never came and when u called them they said it was past time and it had expired- what?

I'm shocked at the absolutely putrid experience I've had with this formerly solid provider of appliances. Bought a new Frigidaire refrigerator 6 MONTHS ago and it started having problems within a week of delivery. Crisper drawers (20 of unit space) started freezing everything solid and ice maker didn't work right. Service people came and didn't have the right part. Different person came weeks later and didn't know what wasn't working and couldn't fix. Different service tech came again and again and again. Always had the wrong part or needed a different part. Countless visits, never the right part. Scheduled then cancelled visits at the last minute. I've taken inordinate time from work to be here for something they can never seem to fix. Beyond frustrating and I'll never buy anything from them again.

We had a very poor experience at WS. We ordered a refrigerator, based on our measurements. The salesman said it would fit. We paid extra for a speedy delivery. The delivery men came, said it wouldn't fit. One of the delivery men opened the box on the truck. We returned to WS, ordered a different fridge. Our salesperson said we would be charged a restocking fee because we had the box opened, which was not true. The delivery person made that decision. He said he would have his manager Heather call us on Sunday. Never happened. On Monday the salesperson called and said we would have to pay the restocking fee of $300. The second fridge was suppose to be in our possession on Wed. On Tues. a voice message was left to say we would not get it until Thurs. We ended up canceling the order. Warner Stellen reimbursed us but still charged the $300. BUYER BEWARE. The salesperson said "we are a family store, you won't get this service by another big box store." What service!!? No honoring of a speedy delivery which we paid extra for, no contact by the manager. We never received paperwork on the purchase. I am leaving the name of the salesperson off as he was nice and we wish him well in working for such a disorganized, deceitful store.

I am so disappointed in Warners Stellian, and the customer service that I received from them. I purchased 4 Beko appliances, and it has been a nightmare. They completely misrepresented the quality and features of these appliances. I was told that the gas cooktop had a safety feature where you had to push down to turn the knobs and the knobs would turn blue. I was told that if the knob was turned and the flame was out that the gas would shut off. The gas does not shut off if the flame is not present, and 2 knobs turn freely - a gross misrepresentation of this product. The dishwasher was not installed properly and has a problematic control panel. It is difficult to start it, and even more difficult to restart if opened. It will randomly shut off after it has been started and I will get up in the morning to dirty dishes. The double wall oven has a timer that can only be heard about 2 feet from the unit, and now the control panel has issues. The refrigerator is a total mess. The water dispenser leaks, the left door will not shut properly, the refrigerator is frosting up in the back, freezer is also frosting up, and is off by 15 degrees. I was told these were high end appliances, a gross misrepresentation.I called WS about the issues, and was told that they would not help me with warranty work and was told to contact Beko directly. I reached out to Beko and spent a great deal of time giving serial numbers and details of all of the problems and was told I would be contacted. After a number of weeks I had not heard from anybody. I reached back out to WS and was told that they would reach out to Beko to expedite things. Again, I heard from no one. I reached out to WS again to speak to a manager and was told someone would contact me. That someone turned out to be a WS representative offering their assistance IF I purchased an expensive extended warranty. I declined. I finally heard from a company that handles Beko warranties, and eventually, a repairman came out. After looking at each appliance, he agreed there were issues, but was unable to resolve them due to "design flaws". Since then, I have been trying to work with WS for a resolution and have been repeatedly lied to. When they say they will call back, they do not. When they say I will hear from someone with Beko, I do not. The customer service has been terrible, and their idea of a resolution is not acceptable. I will never do business with Warners Stellian again.

They lied. We were told by the salesman the more expensive front loading wash machine was designed not to have mold.....not true.I called Warner Stellian and was told there was miscommunication....nothing they could do and contact the manufacturer

Went to check out deals on a new dishwasher. Spoke with receptionist, who was less than friendly, and another employee. The other employee said she would meet me in the back in a few minutes. She never showed and none of the others even acknowledged my existence. I won't be going back.
