Von Hanson's Meats

Food 5/5 - There selection of meat is always stocked and fresh. The double smoked bacon is great to throw in the air-frier, grill, stove and/or oven. Service 5/5 - Everyone at Von Hansons is always so helpful and knowledgeable. If you need a special order, they have always been very accommodating at this location. Ambiance 4/5 - A good selection of frozen and fresh meat along with other options. My only complaint is there are no public restrooms but they will let you use the one in the back.

Old fashioned service oriented butcher business meets hip deli vegan owner and they have a child: Von Hanson's Meats. Yes, they gots the meats but so much more! Veggie skewers (yes, please), Brussels sprouts ready for grilling. I could go on, but my adult husband was having a happy melt down at the meat counter so I had to take him home to the grill. He grilled up the beef kabobs and they were a great buy (all pure steak meat-no fat/bone/gristle)! They tasted fresh and delicious (even better the next day to put beef steak in tacos). Today we're trying the Cherry Bomb Brats (HOT pepper jack cheese/maraschino cherry flavored). Well played, Von!

Think butcher meets deli. Von Hanson's Meats has a wide selection of different meats but also has a decent little deli counter. We came here looking for some good steaks for father's day. Given the wide range of options it was nice that our server was very knowledgeable. He explained, based on what we wanted, different cuts to consider. It was clear he really knew what he was talking about. He also didn't make use feel rushed to make a choice. They were also very well staffed. They knew it was going to be a busy day and staffed up for it. That was nice because there was no wait at all. It took the best of a small town butcher and combined it with a well oiled machine. Loved it. 42/100

My boyfriend grills almost everyday and he is always talking about how much he loves Von Hansons, and he rants and raves about how good they season their chicken. He can't get enough. They have competitive prices very high quality meats. Also they have really good salads that will satisfy anyone.

I have had great service from Von Hanson's. There are always enough staff members to get to you quickly. The selection they have is great. I've gotten many different items, and some of my favorites are the skewers. There are different types of meats already on skewers and marinated in a variety of flavors. They all have been delicious so far, and I expect that the ones I have not tried yet wont let me down.

The atmosphere is cool, the meat is awesome, and the staff is beyond par! My recent faves are the Italian style stuffed mushrooms! Yumm!!
