Vita Bella Ristorante Italiano

This is a very nice place. Too nice for the likes of me. The service was great but I was very disappointed with the Lasagna. Some bites were very salty and others were bland. I like my lasagna to have browned cheese on top. This had a browned bottom that was burnt or close to burnt. I also like a little garlic flavor in my lasagna but to be fair I have yet to find any place who makes it to my liking. I tasted my wife's meatball and thought it was bland. for me the whole plate needed more sauce and the pasta itself needed to be cooked a bit longer.

I've rated this place before. We were there again last night, bringing some friends for the first time, & as always this place is awesome! My biggest reason for this second rating is to ask people to stop in for a bite, & keep this local business thriving. They've had to make a lot of sacrifices since covid, but are still hanging on. The food has always been amazing, & the owners & staff as well. It doesn't look like much from the outside, being in a small strip mall, but inside is very inviting & the smell of the fresh pasta will get your taste buds rollin! Even with a smaller menu, there's plenty to choose from, & a range of prices so ya won't break your wallet. Just make a point to stop in people! You'll leave full, happy, & wanting more!

Service was meh. Food was good but nothing I'll crave again. It's missing the mark which is disappointing because i was really rooting for this restaurant! It was basically empty at dinner time in a Friday. It's just too bad. :(

We have been wanting to try Vita Bella for quite some time and finally did. I loved the lemon Drop Martini, but my husband found they only carry Tito's and Grey Goose vodkas, which are not to his liking. The portobello mushroom appetizers were delightful, and we enjoyed the quiet dark decor. No bread was offered or served, which we found a little strange for an Italian restaurant. Our server was very sweet and astute to our needs. Hubby ordered scampi linguini, which came with tiny shrimps and tons of butter in the bowl. I ordered lasagna, which was a generous piece smothered with melted cheese, but cool in the center. Both our dishes were too salty for our taste. Our server had gotten very busy with new arrivals, so we just ate and left. We may give it one more try, but we were disappointed this time.

We've been here at least four times now and it's improved. If you know what to order you'll get plenty of food and enjoy it. We've eaten both inside the dining room and on the patio and both have been nice. We had one server who must have been new who made several mistakes. The rest have been wonderful. If you're looking for some class outside the Twin Cities, this is a nice option. They have a potato dish that's out of this world delicious.

A work colleague of mine highly recommended this restaurant stating it was the best Italian food he has ever had. We finally tried it and found the food authentic but a bit pricey. Not sure if this type of restaurant will do well in Zimmerman. The service was good and great atmosphere.

An excellent fine dining experience for sure! Not used to this much class in our rural area, but the quality of the food, skill of the service, and more than reasonable prices just made this our new favorite. This place is a treat worth seeking out.

Amazing pesto with perfectly cooked chicken. Bruschetta was so yummy. Drinks were delish. Hot bartender with man bun. Worth the drive!!

Amazing food! I've loved everything I've eaten since day 1- which was right after they opened. I loved everything so much I decided to work there!

Wonderful locally owned restaurant with kind & attentive staff. Amazing food, from apps all the way through to dessert!
