Vinny's Sports Bar and Grill

What a great little gem in the middle of nowhere. We stopped in for dinner and the bartender/ waitress was amazing. Our drink order came fast and our food came out hot and quick. My son had the fish sandwich and the fillet was large and he said it tasted great. We also ordered a large pepperoni pizza and the crust and sauce was great. My hamburger was great and the cheese curds where prettyStandard. It wasn't too loud and the lighting was great we will be back.

Always have a great experience with this place and the food is amazing. The staff is super friendly and willing to help you with the menu. Drinks are reasonable and full bar. Along with outdoor seating.

Went on a Friday fish fry. Food good, service was great. Small town bar. Had a burger the time before and was pleased.

Overall a nice sports bar and a good experience - 4 stars!Four of us were originally heading to the Laurel Supper Club but they were packed and we didn't have reservations. So we headed to Vinny's, just a short 60 second drive away.My first impression was how friendly, unpretentious, and down to earth everyone was...that includes the staff and the customers. You can hangout after hunting with your camo gear still on - no problem. It's definitely a place to grab some drinks and some food with friends. I was impressed that the owner, Vince, was on site, on-deck, and hands-on. He actually came to our table to say "hi" and thank us for coming.A hands-on owner is probably one big reason why Vinny's had been around for about 3 years after a succession of short-lived previous versions of this bar, not to mention surviving the COVID shutdown. The whole scene was a NICE change from some of the snobby, uptight places I've been to in the Twin Cities lately.They have a many beer varieties and plenty of booze - of course. The food was all good, better than I expected. Between the 4 of us we tried everything from racks of ribs, a burger, a philly cheesesteak sandwich, and a New York Strip 12 ounce steak, in addition to appetizers and dessert. They have pizza too but none of us tried it.We had a few small glitches with our food. My steak had cold veggies and the rest was lukewarm. And some of it arrived out of order. Two (out of the three) desserts on the menu weren't available. (Of course, they didn't have the one I wanted.) I'm willing to cut them some major slack, however, because they told me it was the cook's first day of work. And it was also our server's first night. She did a great job.Vinny's also has a lot of TVs, a pool table, and a few arcade games. They have a volleyball area in back. And there's a smoking lounge area in the back.All-in-all, not a destination place but I wouldn't hesitate to go back again if I'm in the area.Thumbs up!- Maxx

i really love this place. It is cozy and welcoming. We keep returning because the food is good (solid quality, fun cocktails) and it has the taste of a sports bar, without making you feel stupid for not being an over the top sports fan. The staff is awesome, personable without being intrusive. This is an out of the way place I often think about that I want to experience again and again.

We absolutely love vinnys! If you are in the new Richmond area and looking for a place that has great pizza and strong drinks make sure you stop here.

My daughter drives from Sheboygan to visit us. She thinks Vinny's pizza is the best she has ever eaten!

we went there for some drinks and pull tabs. service was slow and we ended up playing a row that had zero winners in it when the slip said there was many. confronted the owner and asked for a refund and he threw us out. the owner has a reputation already for hiding pull tabs and we unfortunately were his latest victims. don't trust a snake like that with your business. if he'll screw you over for a few bucks, who knows what else he's up to!

The attention by servers was absolutely amazing! We will definitely come back! All of the girls helped each other and really seemed to take pride in this restaurant!

Nice local sports bar! Food is great and prices are fair! Friday fish and Hamburgers are Great! Pizza tooo! Our go to place for " let's stop and have a beer and grab something! "
