Vieng Chan

Vieng Chan grocery store is a welcome addition to the West Seventh neighborhood. It located where an old family chain (Cooper's) had been. the owners clearly gave thought to what the neighborhood needs. The selection of food was balanced between Asian specialty items and regular grocery items people in the neighborhood need. It was very clean and the staff friendly. I did not find every item I might have wanted at an Asian grocery store but I found some Korean vegan items I have not spotted elswehere! I appreciated the fresh and reasonably priced produce. This is such a fantastic addition to the neighborhood!

Excellent food with fresh food daily. Service is always above and beyond. The atmosphere is clean and nice and the music they play is good and it is very inviting.

I was surprised when my wife suggested we stop here. I mentioned that this location used to be a different store, and she confirmed it was new and wanted to check it out. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed. The store was very clean, and both cashiers greeted us with warm smiles. They had a great selection of products, including some non-Asian items, which was a nice touch. The layout was well-organized, and the shelves were well-stocked. I'll definitely be back soon, especially since it's conveniently located near my work and not too far from home.

It is a great place for quick good and cheap food and the ramen and chocolate were great.

Wonderful selection of fresh vegetables and mushrooms, ethnic foods and staples!!!! I will make it my first stop when grocery shopping.
