Veteran Shredding

We had 6 densely packed banker boxes of documents that would have taken me 2 hours to shred at home, it took Veteran Shredding 5 minutes to shred. I went on a Saturday morning, the gentlemen that took care of shredding our papers was awesome, amazing service and super quick! Definitely will be back.

We had been struggling to get another shredding company to come for purge service and finally decided to look for a new company. I am so happy that I found Veteran Shredding! Not only did they respond to my inquiry for a quote quickly (within an hour!?), but they were able to come and empty two very large, overstuffed containers the following day! They were fabulous in answering my questions and providing me information on the different shredding options they offer. They did not try to stonewall me into a contract and were more than happy to offer purge service. I did end up going into a contract based on the no-pressure approach they had and have zero regret. :) Fabulous company; great communication; such friendly people. Veteran Shredding came to our home and helped us shred and dispose of 25 or so boxes of files that had collected over the years. Dave was a pleasure to work with. He has a great attitude and works quickly and efficiently. We will definitely use Veteran Shredding again for future jobs.

During downsizing Dad found huge numbers of old tax records that were full of private info. He wanted to see the files shredded securely under his watch. We used a shredding truck at the Burnsville shredding location. The staff was efficient, but still took time to show my dad how he could monitor the process. The veteran ownership was a big positive for my vet father too.

These people are great! From my first phone call, to meeting them in person, I've been impressed. Very friendly, fast and efficient. I made two trips to their Saturday only drop-off shredding. Drove up to the truck in the parking lot. Employees came to the vehicle and started emptying 30 years of tax forms, medical forms and receipts into a rolling trash can, then wheeled it to the side of the truck, where it was lifted and shredded in seconds. Next I took an old, crashed PC hard drive into the building and moments later was shown a bag of ground up disk drive.I can't say enough about the wonderful service I have received at Veteran Shredding.

Not much to say except that I called the owner Dave up and told him I had a bunch of sensitive docs from my company that I needed to get rid of ASAP to make room.Dave was there 3 days later and his guys were don't in about an hour. Cost was very reasonable and the staff were friendly.
