I had heard some great things a out u4ic so, I went in with very high hopes. They have a huge tap room with tops of brew hall style seating. The my also have about 20 or so beers on tap. The atmosphere was nice and the staff was friendly. We tried 10 different beers and I was definitely underwhelmed. I think I really enjoy two of the ten beers. Grass Skirt Hawaiian style Ale. When we got this the tender shared to take two sips Back to back. She said the first one you will get notes of coconut and the second notes of pineapple. I do agree with the first sip but we did not get any pineapple on any sip. This was a nice coconut pale ale.U4rian Hefeweizen: I was pretty excited that they had a hefe as it's my favorite beer style! Welp this one fell short. No clove, no banana, no bubblegum, Just a simple drinking beer with not much going on.Summer Smoke Hefeweizen: okay! How did smoking the hefe make all the notes I was looking for come it! This is what I wanted in the prior beer. It was a very light smoked beer but, was glad to get those banana and clove flavors in this hefe. Henderson Cream Ale: they some how made a cream ale taste like a Miller Lite. Good mouthfeel for a cream ale though. u4ic Octoberfest: not a marzen...not sure what it was. Black Goat: finally! This bock was nice and toasty, malty, and full bodied! Dave's crazy ass chocolate Milk porter: this was strange. It was thin for a porter, not roasty, or chocolate and not creamy like a milk porter like it should be. Dave's crazy ass chocolate holiday mint porter: Take a peppermint patty and drop it into a glass of water. That's this beer. Thin and minty! Summerine Berlinerwiesse: They suggest you add syrup with this. They have options of raspberry or something that was supposed to make it almond. I didn't do that. If you need to add syrup to a beer you should have that on your menu. This Berliner was not tart and had a strange plastic aroma. Hoof and Horn Barrel aged sour Bock: Wow! This was fantastic! What a nice barrel aged bock with a very tart awesome finish! We loved it so much we bought a Crowler. They have Wing King attached with a full menu of wings, burgers, and apps to much on.

I wouldn't give it three stars even but the pulled pork/brisket combo meal was delicious. We went on a Friday night in June and inside the building was sultry. There were two guys playing music which was enjoyable but they had to be dripping sweat. We got a flight and took it outside. The gal who poured our drinks spilled when she put it down. The seating outside was nice under tents. The food took over an hour. We were going to complain but it was so good (and no one ever asked how it was or if we needed anything).

We went here for the first time with friends a couple weeks ago. They have a large indoor area and a large outdoor seating area along the driveway coming in. They have custom beers and hard ciders here. We loved the Hefeweizen beer, I used to drink it when I was stationed in Germany, it is my favorite beer. The others at our table also enjoyed it too. It is like a White Belgian beer like Blue Moon or Shock Top. They do not put fruit in it but the beer is nice and cold. We also had some ciders and you can have flavors added to them to create your own taste. We had the Mango which was tasty. There are 2 businesses that operate out of here. U4ic is ONLY open Thursday, Friday and Saturday. They do not offer food themselves but the have the Wing King Food Truck from Lakeville out here to serve food. You get your drink from U4ic and you get the food from Wing King. The food is also good. We had tacos and wings which were great! The employees wore masks but not all of the patrons did. The beers change all the time but the food items seem consistent. I took pictures of the menu to help you choose before going there. The menu is large and the food is good. You order your drinks at a counter which is U4ic and when you sit at a table, you have a sign to post up when you want a server from Wing King to stop by otherwise they leave you alone. I am sure that we will be back. It was a good time.

Had a terrible experience here. The drinks were way overpriced. The staff was incredibly unfriendly and rude. The tables were super dirty. Will not be coming back here

Great restaurant, amazing food! Burgers were amazing and they have a large selection of appetizers, sides, a wide variety of beers, and root bears. I highly recommend this restaurant as it has very good prices and best of all-amazing bathrooms!

This is the opening day of this brewery. We had a delightful time sampling the 3 available beers and talking with fellow beer lovers. It is a bit loud and cavern sounding, pretty much like every other brewery. The beers were good and very well crafted, they know how to balance beer flavors. Well done! They need more selection which I'm confident is in the making. It is a drive out to this small town but if back roads are taken along the river, it is a beautiful afternoon trip to taste some great and imaginative brews.

This place is great. They are so accommodating. They have a large variety of taps and the owners are genuine. Went there to have a beer. It was my second visit - during the first I had absolutely loved the root beer. Now not only do they have a whole line up of beers, they have their root beer, but they also have two cider beers made from local apples. They have both a dry and a sweet (hard) cider. The dry cider you can infuse with a variety of different fruit flavors to sweeten it up. I kept mine neat, but it was neat to think the option was available.Friendly, clean, affordable and just down to earth. A great experience. Thank you.
