Slightly elevated American bar food. Very friendly service in an attempt to upsell you on drinks. Clean atmosphere with large booths and a party room for events in the back. This is a pricier stop for bar food, but the portion sizes and quality is there. Easy lot parking. We ordered the Cuban with Dill Fries, and a Brisket Sandwich with Onion Rings. The Cuban was yummy. The bread wasn't too hard, and the sweet pickles almost taste homemade! There was a good amount of sauce, but it doesn't make my personal list for best Cubans. The dill fries were interesting because the powder that was on them is similar to a vinegar or dill pickle chip. I thoroughly enjoyed them! My partner's was a hardy brisket sandwich with onion rings, which he demolished almost immediately. I also ordered an old-fashioned and a Jack Daniels. The old-fashioned was okay. It actually didn't taste very strong, which is strange for an old-fashioned, but the Jack was mixed really well (if you catch my drift)! If you're feeling really hungry and crave a hardy meal, but want something better than dive bar food, this is a good spot to fill up!

Brunch at Twin Cities 400 Tavern is delicious! We ordered the Dutch baby and requested to substitute the prosciutto with bacon. The Dutch baby was served in an iron skillet with two sunny side eggs. The Dutch baby was fluffy, had a hint of sweetness, savory, and delicious! The gravy and biscuit were the best ever! Generous serving of sausage in the gravy and it was super flavorful. The breakfast potatoes were seasoned perfectly and crunchy. We ordered an additional side of bacon with the gravy and biscuits. Their bacon was thick cut, chewy but had a bit of a crunch around the edges - which is perfectly prepared in my opinion.Service: When we arrived the restaurant was slow, but we waited for at the front podium and no one greeted us for quite some time. The service after we got seated was great!Parking: Big parking lot, plenty of parking. Shared parking lot with hotel.

I had such an amazing time tonight at Twin Cities 400 Tavern! The rotisserie chicken was literally perfectly cooked and so tender and juicy! The back room seated over 50 of us for an event - such a great large group dining space with its own private sliding door! The service was so friendly and quick. As soon as you walk in you can see the vibes are on point! You gotta check this place out !

I stayed at the attached hotel and boy was I glad this tavern was here and had really good food! For lunch I had the Cuban (not pictured) but it definitely was very good. For dinner, I had the Mac n cheese. The server suggested to get it with both bacon and rotisserie chicken and that was definitely a great choice. It was very creamy, cheesy, and packed with protein! The tavern had a very local feel but nice restaurant look. The servers were all great too, very polite, fast, and feast recommendations.

My partner and I had breakfast, lunch and dinner at this establishment. Chef Raj's food is the TRUTH! Everything serving we had was well seasoned and delicious! Every server we had (Leah, Raphael and Tammy) provided excellent food recommendations and attentive customer service. When I return to Minneapolis, I will definitely dine here again.

The food here is pretty good, I have eaten here several times over the last year or so and have enjoyed my meals. I really like the cheese curds and dill pickle French fries, very fun and delicious! The pizzas are all good, and I love that they use rotisserie chicken on their salads. I do find the service to be a little sluggish or frustrating sometimes, the server has no idea about the available beverages (spirits, beers on tap) and forces you to use a QR code without having any knowledge or ability to ask questions. But overall a good dining experience most of the time and a great easy option if you're staying at the hotel.

Tavern 400 is great at constantly updating and improving their menu. This menu release is no exception I had the opportunity to try several of their new items including the artichoke and spinach fondue, center cut filet mignon, smokehouse bbq burger, and their chocolate iced marble banana cakeChatting with my server, I learned that the owner harvests their own honey for the house-made hot honey on their new fried chicken sandwich. Get to Tavern 400 now and enjoy the patio, a cold drink, and exceptional food!

Twin Cities 400 Tavern is a go-to happy hour spot. They've got trivia on certain nights and stellar prices. The prices plus food/drink quality is the allure for me.FOOD: their appetizer bites on the happy hour menu are great (LOVE the pretzel bites). And when paired with an entree (steak dip, rotisserie chicken cobb, etc), you can't go wrong. Top it off with a glass of wine or cocktail from the happy hour menu and you're all set. I'm such a fan of this happy hour spot.AMBIANCE: very nice, upscale casual dining. PARKING: easy, there is a big lotSERVICE: always very goodHAPPY HOUR: highly recommend

I recently had the pleasure of dining at 400 Tavern and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The patio seating area was perfect for a summer evening, and the private dining room was a nice touch for special occasions. But the real star of the show was the food - oh, the food! Every bite was perfection. I started with the refreshing Blackberry Limonito and Cinnamon Apple drinks, which were expertly crafted and presented. The Artichoke & Spinach Fondue was creamy and indulgent, and the crispy Cheese Curds were addictive. The Quinoa Bowl was a nice healthy option, and the Grilled Cheese with tomato soup was comfort food at its finest. And let's not forget the decadent desserts - wow!But what really set 400 Tavern apart was the service. Our server was knowledgeable and friendly, and Chef Raj was happy to chat with us about the menu and make recommendations. Be sure to ask him about the MinneCravings special - the curry linguine was to die for!Overall, I would highly recommend 400 Tavern to anyone looking for a great dining experience in the Twin Cities. The combination of delicious food, warm atmosphere, and excellent service makes it a true gem. Can't wait to come back!
