Left most of this same review on Google as well:My kid was a biter! Theresa and Susana, even before they were in leadership, helped us navigate that behavior. We went from write ups every day to redirecting his behavior to reading books instead of getting into altercations with the other kids. It was so nice when it stopped being a problem, because he had the same behaviors at home. They really have seen every issue and have degrees and resources to provide parents to improve. Heck, they are even great at getting boys potty trained. (No girls, sorry!)Theresa is THE MAIN REASON I have kept my kids at Tutor Time. She is there at drop off and pick up. She answers the phone 99% of the time. She is available to the point that I'm not sure if she ever goes home. LCG (the corporate owners) have raised the prices several times over the last 4 years. Infant care used to be $360 a week with my first kiddo (back in 2016) and it is now hovering around or is possibly more than $400 a week with my third.Everyone at the center is exemplary. From Liv in babies, to Susana in toddlers, and Emmy in Pre-K. Everyone works so hard and does such a good job. I feel safe with my kids there and I know everyone is taking covid seriously. There was some upheaval at the end of last year and the beginning of this year. We went from an excellent director (Mara), to a director (for a couple weeks) that nearly lost a bunch of parents to her ineptitude (Sarah). I think the latter must have been fired because with no warning, she was gone and Theresa suddenly went from a Lead teacher in the baby room to the Assistant Director, to Director of the center. I think most centers going through such uncertainty would have hemorrhaged staff and parents, but Theresa managed to keep the lights on and all of the major talent (mentioned in the previous paragraph) on board and motivated. Not to mention she has done this during a pandemic.Since she used to be the team Safety Captain and she has a degree in teaching, I am confident that Theresa is the best person for this job. She has managed to keep us as a family three kids in despite the hefty price tag and would never let any harm come to anyone (staff or kid) in her care.

My son and daughter are currently enrolled here and the staff is amazing. I love that my son gets structured learning that feels like play! The app they use is great to keep up to date with what's going on and we get updates on the kids. I can't recommend this place enough!

Absolutely disgusting location. Only a few teachers have a care for their students well beings. Then those that do care, get fired. If you have a special needs child, DO NOT take them here. They will get bullied and singled out. They will then leave you with deadlines, that are impossible to meet, or they will unenroll your child. I had a teacher threaten to tie my Autistic child to a chair, tell her how she just wants to punch her in the face, and even scream at the kids telling them there are no cameras outside! Even with audio recordings, the teacher didn't get fired until multiple people took it to DHS and they had no choice.

Absolutely DO NOT send your children here. We recently sent our son for drop in care, and turns out his teacher was screaming and yelling at kids, saying she wanted to kill them and tie them to their chairs. Then, screamed at kids acknowledging that there were no cameras watching her. My son was in the toddler classroom, so we're talking like 18 mos-2.5 years. We also received 0 communication from the school about this, and only found out via a community webpage when our son's a former teacher posted audio files of the incidents. ZERO communication from TutorTime local or corporate.

We enrolled our daughter here into the infant program when she was a little over a year old. We had a bad experience at a different daycare center that left her to cry in a crib all day, so we were very nervous about putting her in daycare again. Theresa has been the most patient, understanding, positive, and supportive person throughout this whole experience. I called literally every day at first, asking questions, giving information about my daughter, or just checking in to see about her transition. She responded with care and patience with every question I had (silly or not) and the staff members have been amazing as well. They care about my daughter's experience and growth, which was a huge selling point for me as a parent. I'd recommend Tutor Time to everyone looking for quality daycare with staff that truly cares for your child & family.

We have been attending tutor time for years now and the thing that has stayed consistent is Becky! We adore her as do the children and you can see the staff does too. She is phenomenal and the glue that holds it together. We are forever grateful for Becky.

I work with babies and children and I have spent a lot of time in various home daycares and center based daycares. I am yet to see one that I would feel better sending my son to than Tutor Time. I feel like their policies keep the kids safe, their activities are so enriching, and they all seem so happy to be spending time with the kids. When we started child care I had the assumption that there would occasionally be things that I wasn't happy with, but Tutor Time has proven me wrong! We truly appreciate each picture and update they send and all the love they share with our son daily. We are so thankful to have found such a wonderful place for him to learn and play!

My son loves it here. We were doing another center for drop in originally and there is no comparison. The staff here is incredible - so caring and take great interest in the children & providing a loving environment for learning. The director, Mara is wonderful. Great curriculum for pre-k & they provide updates throughout the day. Have nothing but good things to say about this center. Poor reviews seem to come from disgruntled former staff or those who don't have children here.
