Such a cute girls night spot. The bartender/server was very attentive and wanted to make sure we ordered something we liked. I got the elderflower drink which was more on the sweet side as I was hoping. They have a selection of cocktails and of course champagne as their go to. If you are hungry though there is not many food options so don't go here on an empty stomach. The interior is very cute and I liked the music they were playing.

Really cute place for a drink or two with friends. I would say it's a bit "girly" so it fit my best friend and I well since we just wanted to chat and have a chill night. It's connected to Barbette (parent) so it's convenient if you want to switch things up after dinner there or something. Bartender (Matt) was so accommodating and wanted to really make sure we liked our drinks since it was our first time there (which was awesome). I am always grateful for a patient bartender or waitress. Decor was trendy and pretty to look at. Mood lighting and intimate space for sure. Smaller but perfect for a small group of friends or spending time between two people. Aperol was so perfect for me (sweeter drinker) and the Elderflower drink was refreshing and good too. I would be back if I was in the area.

Trapeze is the private space for Barbette and it is a great and reasonable space for a small private gathering. We hosted a brunch and the pastries were delicious. The mimosas were really good. We gotThe salmon and cream cheese as a starter. Simply delicious. Nice place for a private gathering out.

What a cute little hidden gem! A few of my girlfriends wanted to do a champagne bar and that's how we landed on trapeze. It's right next door to Barbette and very tiny! Probably only 20 seats in the whole place. The pink flowered wall made a beautiful backdrop for pics. They have a really nice drink list that includes some fun and creative cocktails along with lots of bubbles. I went with the unfiltered Prosecco and then followed by a glass of rose. Both were very refreshing with nice flavors. The food menu is limited but I would highly recommend the oysters. They were delicious! Very smooth and not briney at all. Some of the meats and cheese are good options but a little pricey for the portion sizes.

Wow! What a cute little hidden gem in Uptown! Trapeze is a chic, cozy, candle-lit champagne bar connected to Barbette (you can actually get to it from inside Barbette if you head toward the back near the restrooms and keep making your way around). Its ambiance and offerings make for the perfect setting for a girls' night out, with delicious cocktails, many wine (still and sparkling) options, beer/cider, and small bites. I ordered two cocktails: the Queen Bee followed by the fife le fume - both very different and very well made. My friend opted for Elderflower and the French 75, both of which she also liked very much. Service was fantastic - our waiter James was very kind, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the evening, and Laurie (another staff member) also stopped by several times to refill our waters and make small talk. What really capped off a great experience was when Laurie brought us creme brûlée and espresso - both on the house!! The creme brûlée was to die for, with just a subtle touch of citrus zest in the custard, and topped with fresh fruit. This is the kind of above-and-beyond service that always blows me away and keeps me coming back!Absolutely loved this adorable little spot and will certainly be back soon!

What a great place to grab a drink and a small bite to eat, they are mainly a Champaign bar with some small apps- we had the chips and olives - both great, it is a very small cozy atmosphere perfect for date night pre drink or evening with friends - I just wish there was a bit more food options

$1 oysters for happy hour - what more could you ask for?! This place is definitely a go-to on a Thursday-Saturday for me. They have champagne cocktails (if straight champagne isn't for you) as well as other cocktails and drinks! They also have smaller plates to share (or eat on your own ). The staff is also extremely helpful and friendly. Again $1 OYSTERS!

CLOSED. Website still let us book a reservation, which was odd. It just made us a reservation at Barbette. We decided to get a glass of bubbly -- they didn't even have champagne! There was a cava and à crémant de Loire but no Champs, which was the whole reason we came. Cheese board wasn't well balanced in terms of bread to toppings ratio. The crémant was fairly bitter. Sparkling rosé was ok.

Such a fun vibe. The music is great the drinks are good, food is on point, and the decor is so cute. Perfect spot for a date night or a girls night. Definitely recommend.

This review only applies to the oyster hour! We went for Oyster Power Hour and I'm pretty disappointed. The oysters were $1 each so we didn't have super high expectations, but they were sort of lukewarm(we devoured them right away). I'll give it another try with the actual menu, but given the choices of oyster hours in the twin cities, would probably not return again. Other than that, very cute place and great ambiance with a good selections of bubbles and drinks.
