The Crazy Roll. It is my favorite with the spicy crab and eel. Overall it has a nice blend of ingredients to make it a delicious choice.

This is my favorite sushi restaurant in Shakopee! The staff are so friendly and are so quick. The sushi is extremely fair priced especially for the quality!

I ordered from Uber Eats thinking that this restaurant had some good reviews so let's try something new.When the food arrived the first thing I noticed was my hot sushi. Not spicy hot - temperature hot. Since there was quite a bit of time between it being prepared and delivered the questionable safety of it meant straight to the garbage.The filet and shrimp orders we received had SIGNIFICANTLY overcooked shrimp (dry, crispy and chewy) and the medium rare filet was cooked well (which was a shame to do to such a nice cut of beef). The fried rice orders we received had burnt chicken in them. I love crisp chicken - when it is breaded and supposed to be crisp - but not when burned and topped onto fried rice.We picked at some of the food a little (not the questionable hot sushi) and finally looked at each other and threw this culinary abortion away in the trash.I contacted uber eats about this and after talking to 3 different customer service reps I finally got one who understood what I was saying. He was sorry that it was all the restaurants fault apparently and that they had nothing to do with it (aside from taking the order, representing the restaurant, collecting money, adding service charges and handling the delivery, lol). The rep suggested apparently that I do a ball chargeback.Maybe this was a bad night for them (Friday), maybe they are new, maybe a lot of things... but this was just horrible.Now the only thing that earns the 1 star where it should have been zero stars - the bubble tea. The bubble tea was wonderful. Maybe just do that and leave the whole "food" thing out of it.And Tokyo... you can thank Uber Eats for this review. They could have credited me back and I wouldn't be this irritated. But really guys, this was bad.Tldr Version: Culinary Abortion, try the Bubble Tea

We love the sushi here. While we have only gotten takeout the food is always ready when expected and they get our special request correct. There is a large parking lot so always ample parking nearby. The inside isn't huge but they do have a lot of nice decorations and unique items for sale.

Came here for lunch with a friend. It was all you can eat lunch. The menu was limited. The rolls ingredients looked extremely limited. I got a few rolls but wasn't impressed with them. They were mostly rice,barely any fish. Only a few rolls had salmon and or tuna. The rest were boring and all cooked meat. I also got a vegetable tempura but it looked sad and wasn't that great. I personally love poke, sushi with raw fish, etc., so I didn't like this place but If you don't like fish or too much ingredients on your rolls then this place is for you. I did get some shrimp tempura to go, and my sister and nephew loved them. The bathrooms were clean, and staff were attentive. Also, this place is located in a plaza so plenty of parking!

The staff are friendly and welcoming. The hibachi vegetable fried rice is visually pleasing and is packed with flavor. I would highly recommend. Great for groups. Variety of menu items is also a plus.

Another solid delivery option in Shakopee. Have not dined in. They have a great lunch special where you can get a couple of roles and soup for a reasonable price. My orders have always been right and they are fast. Most reasonably priced sushi in the area, IMO.

Placed a DoorDash order and then cancelled it within 1 minute. Tokyo Sushi still charged me for the order as they said it was already finished. Never sent the food, no contact at all, just went ahead and charged me for the order. Called in to talk to the owner and she said I have to take the matter up with DoorDash and hung up on me.Was a good customer but after being ripped off like this, I won't go back.
