The Tap House On Historic 3rd St

I wish this place was closer but let me tell you.. it's worth the drive ! The food was so tasty I love Caesar salad so being to have it in a burger version was very unique and tasted wonderful! We sat at the bar & loved the ambiance of the place. Service was quick, tentative & polite! Lovely place for enjoying some drinks or food with your loved ones!

Great food and beer... vibe is amazing too. The service was a little slow and artificial. Just be prepared to wait for your apps, drinks and food to arrive to your table. When it gets there---it's yum!

We had a reservation next door and decided to stop in for a drink beforehand. It was an unseasonably warm October day, so we chose to sit on the rooftop patio. I decided to try something really unique, so I chose the chai tea with vanilla vodka. It was so good! The patio was also really great. I bet the place is hopping in the summer. Although we don't live in Rochester, we will happily go back next time we are in the area.

Perfectly located, excellent service, and incredible food. A must try in the Rochester area. I ordered the tater tots, which arrived fried to golden perfection, and the grilled in east LA tacos. The tacos blew me away, piled high with delicious, tender steak. I ordered mini donuts for dessert, and they just sealed the deal. Homemade, fluffy, absolutely amazing. I will make sure to stop by any time I'm in town.

Food is a bit played - hamburgers or tacos basically, and the micro brews are not local. Staff is friendly and the portions are huge and should be shared Niles's you are storing up for the winter. Was nice but nothing is compelling me to go back.

What a great selection of beers have barely made a dent! Good food great service will be back !

Excellent food and drink. Fish tacos in the burgers are excellent good bourbon selection.

Best cheese curds in town! Lots of yummy bar food, I like to mainly order appetizers to share. The Buffalo cheese curds are delicious, I don't like spicy foods and these had all the flavor from Buffalo sauce with little to no heat. The house ranch these are served with are delicious too!! Also don't miss out on the mini donuts for dessert. They have a good list of beers on tap, yummy cocktails and friendly staff. They have good deals on Tuesdays for happy hour. It's a surprisingly large size once you walk in, with additional seating upstairs and even outside. Can accommodate small or large groups, with plenty of bar seating too.

We went to the tap house. My wife and I received very fast and friendly service as soon as we arrived. We looked at the menu and decided on burgers and pop to drink. I believe our waitress was also tending the bar. We received our drink orders immediately and actually- our fresh hot food was not far behind. Our food was delicious. Our only observation and not a complaint really-- they served us way too many French fries as there was no way we could eat all of them. Based upon our experience- we will be back. The lady who waited on us did a terrific job, food was very good and overall a great experience.
