The Side Track

First time visit to The Side track and my wife, and I thought it was pretty good!Our server was attentive and friendly. Fun sports bar type atmosphere. I had the sidetrack burger. Burger was cooked spot on at med rare, and we'll seasoned. It had an Asian bbq sauce that was a nice compliment. My wife had the French onion soup and a salad. Both were great! We would definitely come back again!Thanks!

A quick update to my last review. This co rubies to have confidently good food and friendly servers and bartenders. We have been having breakfast here recently and they do a really nice job with their Omelettes and hash browns. Affordable prices, frequent beverage refills and friendly service should make this onto your breakfast list if you are in the. Rainer Lakes Area.

My review is mixed - the restaurant was clearly understaffed and while our waitress was phenomenal, she was spread thin and so the service suffered overall. I felt bad for her.Anyway, despite taking a long time for the food (and for one person's dish to arrive significantly after the rest), we were happy with the food! Burgers were solid. Fish and chips were deemed to be the best ever eaten. The blackened walleye was SO good. Did see some ceiling pipes leaking but the area was blocked off. In the back are some games (darts, the claw machine, and pool) and a stage. Would be fun to come for live music! They also do a meat raffle on Tuesday's at 6pm. Sadly we did not win!Would come back again because the food was so good, but just make sure you're not in a rush!

This place is great! Have been coming to the area for some time now and never hit this place up until the last visit. Great service. Great food. Great setting. Some real good choices for food and the portions are more than expected. The appetizers were surprisingly abundant. The burgers and other dishes were excellent. Beer and drink options were good. All around nice place. Will definitely come again.

Food is usually pretty good. Can't say the same for the service. Our waitress informed us that there was a 45 minute Wait after ordering food. She then walked away and left us sitting. Without even asking if we wanted anything to drink.She returned 5 minutes later and we ordered drinks. When we finally got to order food our wait was 65 minutes to get the food to the table. Our waitress never even checked on us the whole time. I tried making eye contact to order another drink and she walked away. Food delivered but no utensils to eat with. I'm sure the kitchen is understaffed and I can understand that in these times of worker shortages. But keep us informed and try to check with us occasionally. It will bequite some time before I return again, if I do.

This place has been many restaurants over the years but this is hands down the best. We've come here with our kids a few times and their kids meals are a great deal, especially their chicken strips! SO good. My husband and I have tried a variety of options from burgers to fish and for being bar food it's quite great. They have a couple pool tables, pull tabs, meat raffles and Buck Hunter. Essentially everything you'd ever need to entertain yourself while waiting for your food!

The food was good and fast had a good first time there and waitress was great had a nice day on Saturday for a party reunion

Been here 3 times, different days and different times. Always good food, great service, fun atmosphere. Becoming a favorite for my husband and I.
