The Pickled Gill

Great options from burgers and wraps, to broasted chicken and spicy asian dishes. Also I have heard the pho is quite good, but I have yet to try it.

Food is good. Service at the bar is average. Hopefully they'll be expanding their hours soon (closing down at 8 P.M. during the MLB Playoffs doesn't work real well for us!)

Great service,tasty Bloody Mary, had the Bluegill fish tacos and the Lakeside caviar and skinny dipping sauce were both awesome! Husband had Bluegill fish sandwich, coleslaw and house chips. Really good also. Decor was darling. Place was clean and relaxed vibe. Will definitely be back when in the area. Highly recommend!

Delicious fried blue gill! Huge half a chicken dinner for $10 it could have feed 3 people.

I had fried cod. Tasted very fresh. Son and grand daughter had burgers. Served on what I thought was a homemade bun. Tasty. I always thought it was a supper club. Nothing fancy, very relaxed and clean. Friendly service. Eat in the bar or the dining room. It's all good. Reasonable prices. Try it. You'll like it.

I haven't been to the Pickled Gill since before COVID. I was in Ladysmith last summer, and sadly it was a day when the restaurant was closed. However, I want to highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. The food is top-notch and the atmosphere is great. When I visited last we had a group of six and everyone enjoyed their meal. Give it a try. You'll be glad you did. Plus, when was the last time you had a Pickled Gill?

This place is absolutely awesome, great bloodies and great food! So so good! Stop here cuz we will on our way back through! Love it.
