The Neu Neu is an industrial-chic event space nestled in Minneapolis' trendy North Loop district. This versatile venue can accommodate a wide range of events, from intimate gatherings to grand celebrations. We were able to attend for a free even in conjunction with Modist, featuring THC vendors, and even though I an not someone who enjoys THC, the vendors had lots of "N/A" options (pictured) and I enjoyed seeing the space. I can see why it is a popular venue for parties.

Very nice space, welcoming to a large group. I was at 514 Studio for 2 different event and each time a perfect atmosphere for the event had been created. Great location for business people right off the freeway and easy access to Minneapolis. Very cool looking from the outside with a white roof and a great coffee shop next door to boot. I love the original brick work inside and out.

I've been to 514 Studios for several different events, and every time, I have been WOWED beyond belief! They are professionals through and through, and always put on a good show. I love how flexible the event space is. Anything goes - from food trucks, to Social Media Breakfasts, to weddings, and casual gatherings, the fine folks at 514 Studios will exceed all of your expectations and then some.This morning, I was there for SMBMSP55. I just love how a space that was used for a photo shoot one day can be transformed into a meeting space the next, and something completely different that same night. Their location is ideal, with a slightly off the beaten path nook in the North Loop with ample access to parking and loading areas. My only complaint was that their new wi-fi wasn't working with my iPhone or my neighbor's iPad, but we survived an hour on 3G...by the skin of our teeth.If you're ever looking for a totally affordable event space in the Downtown area that will let you do whatever you want AND bring in your own catering, look no further than 514 Studios!

I was extremely impressed with 514 studios when I did a walk through of the space for an event that a group I work with holds every month. We liked the space a lot, and had things been a little different as far as financing the last show we would have gone with them and just hired on someone to bar tend!They also did a great job of hosting the Yelp's Drive-In event which was cool after having been there about two weeks prior.The customer service is wonderful, the space is hands down gorgeous, and my partner and I will be looking into that space for our small and formal commitment ceremony.

My wife and I recently hosted our Groom's Dinner at 514 Studios. We were looking for a unique and inviting space for our upscale, yet casual, pre-Twins game gathering. 514 Studios delivered exactly what we wanted in an event space at an incredibly affordable rate. The indoor and outdoor space allowed our guests to enjoy the sun as well as protection from a brief rain shower. There is plenty of on street parking nearby, as well as, cheap pay lots. Additionally, during the day the studio is used for photography and our guests commented on how cool the space was with the exposed brick, vintage memorabilia and professional photos on display. Highly recommended for any event, casual to formal.

This is a neat, clean space and would be amazing for a small wedding or business gathering.The only problem was connecting to the internet. The Wi-Fi was intermittent at best, and the password had to be changed twice to accommodate all the social media marketers that were there that day.Needless to say I'm glad I up-ed my 4G on my phone. There was construction going on next door, which made it hard to hear, but I can hardly fault them for something beyond their control.Overall, the ambiance via "Old Warehouse Industrial" look, makes this a go-to for the modern expose. I was impressed.

A unique event space that I've visited a few times for professional development events. There is street and lot parking available nearby. Also, a cute coffee shop next door which I've always wanted to visit but either get to my event right on time or need to rush back to the office.

We hosted our rehearsal dinner at 514 Studios. It was a great space for a group of 100 people. We wanted a casual but unique environment. 514 was perfect for this. We used the tables and chairs as well as brought in some additional high top tables. We hung tissue paper poms from the ceiling which helped give it a fun atmosphere along with the cool exposed brick and high ceilings the studio has to offer. We had the garage door open with a food truck parked outside to serve our guests dinner. Everyone commented on what a cool place and fun party it was. If your looking for a unique venue to host a party that is reasonably priced 514 studios is perfect!

We had our company's client event there on August 12th. It was a beautiful day and they were very accommodating! It was a great location for our downtown clients, and the space was very cool and clean. All of the recommendations that they gave me for different vendors were top notch! It's a great venue if you want a DIY event. I will definitely use the space again!Thanks for a great time!

Could this place be any better? It's super reasonable, has an amazing staff, and has everything you need. Alison was amazing to work with and responded immediately to our many emails. Wayne (our day-of help) was easy-going and happy to get us everything we needed. And, our guests were impressed with the space, the amount of parking nearby, and with our event -- 514 was definitely a big part of making it happen.Without an event planner for our event (a 120+ legal fundraiser + dinner), we were pretty nervous. 514 not only made us feel comfortable that things would be well-handled, they went above and beyond with service and everything else. We'd definitely use them again!
