The Last Drop Café + Wine Bar

Been to Graze North Loop a few times and have always wanted to grab a festive coffee flight from the Last Drop Cafe. Awhile back a friend I finally made it in to try the Valentine's Day themed flight. Came with 4 4oz coffees. Such a fun way to try different flavors. The Matcha and berry milk tea were some of my favs. The staff were friendly and I appreciate the craft the goes into making these tiny drinks. I hope under the new building mgmt they continue to thrive because I want to come back for another flight!

Disclaimer: We stopped by here for ice cream after lunch and they don't actually make the ice cream instead resell dream creamery ice cream so this is not a actual review of the food and drink available here.Having said that, they were helpful and the place is clean and friendly staff. I would be back to try their offerings but the ice cream hit the spot.

I was already looking at the various options located in the food hall named Graze Provisions + Libations, but The Last Drop Café + Wine Bar ended up on my "to try" list for my recent visit because they offer a seasonal coffee flight - and I love sampling from a fun flight. I arrived at Graze in late morning one day and looked around a bit before seeing The Last Drop Café in a back corner. Besides offering coffee options, this vendor also offers ice cream from Dream Creamery. But! I wasn't there for the ice cream... I was all about trying the coffee flight. I approached the café counter and requested the seasonal coffee flight, then took a seat at one of the available tables nearby. Soon, my coffee flight was ready and the barista brought it to my table. Excited to dive in, I took a moment to check out the flavors: coconut cream cold brew, brown sugar chai, honey almond matcha, and lavender cardamom latte. I assumed that coconut cream cold brew would be my favorite options of all of them... I love coconut, so it would inevitably be my top selection, right? Surprisingly, no. While it was quite tasty, the brown sugar chai and honey almond matcha were both evenly matched in being my top picks. Even the lavender cardamom latter, which I expected would be my least favorite (lavender isn't something I often enjoy as I pick up on the floral notes quite easily), was quite delicious - I was surprised by how much I enjoyed it. In terms of overall ambience, it's a very enjoyable space - fun space design with an artsy and relaxed vibe. Would be a great place to visit and catch up with friends, but it's also perfectly fitting for just visiting on your own, enjoying some delicious coffee, and reading a good book.

Located inside a food hall with a cool vibe- lots of fun seating. We got the seasonal coffee flight for Valentine's and it was alright. I liked 2 out of the 4 drinks- the matcha and cold brew (usually I'm not a cold brew person). Limited food options but there are several other food places in the same food hall which is nice.I don't see myself coming back here anytime soon but I'm glad I tried it out- especially the coffee flight!

If you have the opportunity to stop by The Last Drop Cafe during the weekday lunch hour I highly recommend it! It was quiet so all seating was available, and I enjoyed talking with the batista. I went in specifically because the Instagram photos of their Valentine coffee flights caught my attention! The drinks were soooo good! In order of favorites - The cookies and cream cold brew, the strawberry milk tea, the matcha and the red velvet latte. Sweet but not too sweet, and all of the flavors came through! The flights take a little long to make, which should be expected, and equally as long to drink haha, so don't be in too much of a rush when you visit! PRO TIP: Flights are BOGO on Tuesdays, so bring a friend! They're normally about $20 a flight.. Paying for the experience haha. Overall, 5/5 for flavor, quality, service, atmosphere and price (on Tuesdays )!

Cutest coffee shop I have been to in a while! The vibe was so fun and there were so many areas to drink coffee and catch up with some friends. I ordered the coffee flight which had way more sugar than coffee but it was so cute I had to try it! I really enjoyed them too! Also had a blueberry muffin, but there weren't a lot of food options at 11 am to go with the coffee. The service was great! Very fast and cleaned up as we were hanging out. Would definitely recommend!!

My new favorite coffee flight I love so many different coffees and can never decide between hot, cold or blended... The coffee flight at The Last Drop Cafe & Wine Bar is so perfect for me as I get to taste test four options! They have seasonal flights so I always get so excited to try out the new options I just love the seating area and ambiance in @grazenorthloop as it's so cozy and inviting. Also love summertime where they have amazing seating on the rooftop or huge patio seating. They also have wine & champagne flights that will be my next order when I go back! The service took a little long but that was due to ordering a flight and all the different drinks that needed to be made. There is a paid parking lot nearby or paid street parking.

DRINKS: I was so so so excited to finally try a coffee flight, as they are usually so expensive. BUT The last drop does bogos on Tuesday's, so I had to try!! The valentines flavors were absolutely amazing- the cupids cold brew and berry sweet milk tea were incredible and the favorites for sure. SERVICE: Our drinks took about 15 minutes to come out, and the staff was so nice to add non dairy substitutes (which doesn't happen a ton when asking for flights)AMBIANCE: The coolest vibe for sure for a coffee shop. They have fun colors and swinging chairs!LOCATION/PARKING: The location itself is in a food hall, so it's great! Parking is very accessible on the street.

I went to The Last Drop to try out their coffee flight. Service was quick and to the point. I was bummmed at first that you could not swap out drinks in the flight. However I was pleased to find out they have a $2 discount on coffee flights on Mondays! In terms of flavors, I was skeptical of the lavender and rose flavored beverages - but the florals were subtle and really worked in favor of the drinks. However, the salted caramel and tres leches held the key to my heart! They were delicious and not overly sweet. It was fun to try these flavors and would love to try another one of their flights in the future!

Meh. First and last time at the Last Drop. First weekend of December and we were excited to try the Christmas flight of coffee. To our disappointment, it was still PSL and fall friends on flight. The barista was most unhelpful and seemed annoyed with our questions. We were the only ones in line, it wasn't busy. I tried the Pecan Praline Chai. It was sickly sweet and I couldn't finish the drink. Great atmosphere and potential, but potential doesn't get repeat customers.
