The J-Mobile

We visited them this afternoon at their premiere event at Linden Hills Farmers Market. I ordered the gyro (described as house made gyro meat, green goodness dressing, lettuce, onion, & tomato in pita bread) and it came with a side of "macaroni salad with house made ham" for a total of $10. The serving sizes were quite large so I feel the price was fair. And most importantly - both items were delicious! They were flavorful and exactly how I'd expect/hope a gyro and macaroni salad would taste. The workers remained very friendly even with a long line of hungry customers. I love the original J. Selby's storefront in Saint Paul so I'm super excited to try their food truck again. I would highly recommend checking out their website to stalk their calendar!

Had the gyro from their food truck at the food truck festival during a 23,000+ person conference. Somehow got my food super quickly and it tasted delicious! Nice employees too. I'm not vegetarian but found this plant based option to be just as good!

Fragile man at the register. I guess he needed me to smile more? Told me I had a lot of attitude when I corrected him for getting my order wrong. Canceled order. Food looked just ok
