Fun little bar and grill with a variety of fried goodies and original hamburger combos.

Stopped in on the fly. Waitress was attentive and nice. The Drunken Goat (Pepper Jack, goat cheese, spicy raspberry jam, bacon) was incredibly delicious, and the small cut fries perfectly fried. Definitely would stop there again!

Nice lunch at the bar. Friendly bar & grill. The Goat Burger rocks! And I must say that most of the bar & grill cooks in the area should come and have some of the French Fries here, so they could see how really good non-soggy non-greasy crispy golden French Fries should be prepared and served! Well done!

This place was great! We were visiting Taylor's Falls for the fall colors and walked in for burgers. While waiting for our order I was reading some of the older reviews. There are several that mentioned slow or bad service. Well I can assure you we had the opposite experience. The bartender/ waitress Kristin was about as prompt and engaging as I've seen anywhere. She was first rate. It goes to show that it takes only one person to make (or break) a dining experience. The burgers being fantastic doesn't hurt either. The GOAT Saloon gets five stars.

Love the ambiance! if you're looking for something different and north woods, this is it.We're from Hawaii so it was a nice change.Looks like one person manning the bar, grill and tables. Great service!

Our waitress was on top of it! Ever time we needed something she was there with a smile.Food was delicious, my wife and I shared the beer battered cheese curds and they were tasty. I had a very delicious and filling bacon cheeseburger, with fries which were simply amazing. My wife had the club sandwich with fries. I stole a bite of her sandwich, which also tasted delicious. We both agree that the fry's here taste like a homemade take on McDonald's fry's, which is very impressive. They're crispy, and appetizing.All in all, awesome place, we both highly recommended it, and we will be returning ourselves.

I wish I could leave zero stars. I also wish we would have read the reviews because there is clearly a theme with the one waitress. When we entered the bar, there were two tables with people, not busy at all. We put our order in with our drinks to be snappy but it took us having to ask (40 minutes later) for her to finally put our order in. I have never experienced such terrible service. We ended up walking out after she tried to make the excuse that they have a 'new system'.

We stopped in as we were visiting St Croix Falls to ski and our burgers were really good! They have a creative menu and everything turned out well. Would recommend if you're in the area.

I highly recommend upgrading your French fries just so you can get 5 onion rings and while trying to eat your chicken breast sandwich the meat falls off because they cut it up... Seems like the cook doesn't know how to tell when meat it cooked properly. May I recommend a thermometer? Service was very slow as well. Not worth the $12 I spent.

Worst service ever! The food was good. But the bartender/server is too busy talking to every one of her regulars and will not pay attention to anyone else. We have waited over 20 minutes for our check.
