Excellent food - 5 stars!Tonight I caught up with the Flaming Bowl food truck at Aegir Brewery in Elk River, MN. This truck specializes in savory food options like a brisket sandwich, chili, beer mac & cheese, a turkey breast sandwich, and more (see menu board photo).While waiting for my food, I had a nice conversation with the owner. He's a trained chef and I'm not surprised after eating my food. You can definitely taste the difference - quality ingredients plus a trained chef equals awesome food! You really can't go wrong ordering anything from Flaming Bowl.A big thumbs up!-Maxx
