The Dampfwerk Distillery

I've been here 2 separate times and I enjoyed both. It's very dark inside which is definitely a fun change of pace. We loved the cocktails we sipped on and they were present nicely. The server was good to us and helped us select a drink when we were unsure.

I have no visited Dampfwerk two separate times and have recommended it to MANY people. We came across this spot on a drive back from dinner one night while on a business trip. Their story and process is very unique and intriguing. Their staff know so much about the technique involved and seem passionate about what they're creating. I knew right away that this would be a place that should be added to the itinerary for my sister's bachelorette party.I worked with their bartenders over the next few months to create a specialty drink for my sister that was a loose take on a French 75. When we arrived, they served us the drinks in little glasses and had a special batch made just for us! They also surprised us with some sparking sugar grapes to munch on with our drinks! The inside is so dark and pretty and the perfect place for a cocktail. An even better place for us to start off our celebrations! Thank you Dampfwerk!

I stopped in for a drink for the first time and it was so cute and cozy. I wanted to hang out there longer. I definitely will be back and the bartender was very friendly with good service.

What a fun hidden gem! You pull into an industrial park that looks super Plain Jane on the outside to discovered a polished, upscale distillers bar on the inside. Very plush, modern meets classic distillery vibes with perfectly dimmed lights. Their charcuterie board is bomb and their crafted brandy's were a nostalgic journey back to my German uncles single batch schnapps. I'd say some of their brandy is the best brandy I've had in a very very long time. Note it ranks around 44% ABV. Great service and great atmosphere.

Quiet, lowkey distillery tucked between warehouses (as is the new trend) with a dark, moody interior and a patio in the back.Overall, this is a cute spot- perfect for dates or conversations with fun, rotating cocktails. The last time i went, our drinks came with a song pairing. There are also snacks you can order and the servers are very nice, but the drinks can be pretty strong. If you like sweeter, fruity cocktails be sure to ask the server for recommendations because there are interesting combos that you don't find at other spots here, but some are definitely more of an acquired taste.

As everyone has said this is a cool place with a dark interior. Service was quick and friendly. The drinks were pricey. I loved mine it was delicious. My husband said his were good too. It's a fun place and such a surprise looking so plain outside but really classy inside.

I had such a great experience at Dampwerk when I visited a few weeks ago. I went during a work week with my girlfriend and was able to sample some of their happy hour drinks. The first drink on the menu that I ordered was the Old Fashioned which was made with single malt whiskey, plum nectar, oregano, and orange Fennel. 10/10The second drink I got was the Brown Derby made of barreled gin, grapefruit, and honey. -simple but delicious 10/10Service was amazing and the woman behind the counter was super helpful and knowledgeable about the drinks. Tip: Happy hour is from 5-7 during the week day.

Dampfwerk is nestled away in a very industrial area and they distill all of their own spirits. The summer drink menu was unique and I looked that they paired each beverage with a song! Each beverage was also a collaboration with other local businesses which was a super cute idea. I got the Track 3 and it was a perfectly refreshing drink. The cheese board was fun, it offered four cheeses (some are hidden by the bread slices in the image). It did look a bit underwhelming upon first glance but it was enjoyable! It was fun to mix and match the components together and find exciting combinations.The overall atmosphere is dark and moody. Our server Maddey was super helpful and attentive - could not have asked for better service.

A great spot for inventive, well-balanced cocktails. They change their menu twice a year. I went with a couple of friends during the "track" menu. Each cocktail came with a recommended song to pair.Our bartender was phenomenal. She made recommendations, explained the menu and was so sweet! I had the Track 5 with pear brandy, gin, and walnut liqueur. It was described as "ridiculously opulent" and that's why I got it. It was delicious! I can't wait to go back!

The drinks are really fun and tasty. The bartenders will try new ones on the fly. They're awesome. The ambiance is a good vibe. Love this place!
