The Butcher’s Deli

This has been on my list for a while but Victoria is far from our normal range. Tonight we went to sauna camp that was a couple of miles away and this was the perfect post sauna meal! I went with the single and we split both the fries and the onion rings since the guy behind the counter told me "both" when I asked which he liked best. Burger was perfect with crispy edges and great cheese. Bun was toasted and held up to the burger but not the star of the show. Burger is just meat and cheese but they have lots of sauces to pick from by the door!I agree that both the fries and rings were good. If I was picking one I'd go with the fries. They have single beer and seltzers you can pick from if eating your meal there. Also a nice selection of wine and obviously lots of meat. If I lived closer I would be a regular.

We have had sandwiches at The Butcher's Deli a couple times but recently tried a burger and was very impressed. As far as the shop, it is the kind of place you don't usually see in the suburbs. They sell wine and liquor, have a few groceries, a butcher counter, and have a well stocked deli. They also have a small menu of sandwiches, burgers etc. and both indoor and sidewalk seating. The owner and the staff are very nice and the place just has a cool vibe.Back to the burger. It was good - very good. The smash patties were perfectly seasoned, the bacon was crispy, and the bun was fresh and soft but still held up well. Honestly my only complaint was the absurdly small plate it came on. Maybe that plate played a part in it, but it reminded me of Lion's Tap in Eden Prairie. Good stuff.

Little did I know the gem that was hidden in the little strip mall in Victoria! I have had a couple of different sandwiches there and always been happy with the portion and the service. The grocery and wine component to the store is also a plus, and they have a beautiful deli counter. My only wish is that they had a good vegetarian option, but turkey will do! I look forward to trying a burger--they looked fantastic!

Great experience at The Butcher's Deli today. We had a bacon double cheeseburger and a California burger, both were amazing. Fries were good but the star of the side show were the onion rings-amazing!

One of my favorite lunch spots in the west metro!The burgers and sandwiches are always killer (and probably the best Reuben in the state!).Brandon and the team are super friendly and helpful, and are always ready to give great suggestions.I've turned many friends onto this place, and they all love it!

This places has become a top stop for an awesome burger or fry's that are fried in beef tallow which makes them healthier and better! The owner is hands down a great person and community leader. Been a staple in Victoria for 20 years. Check out the ice cream social afterwards as well! Yum

The burgers! We grabbed something to eat, dining in, before an outing at the arboretum. Juicy, hot, cheesy, huge--all in the best way. We didn't love the fries (who even cares just eat more burger) and the Reuben was very good and also huge. The second half of the Reuben was great the next day heated up in the air fryer. The burgers aren't very "save half" friendly--be hungry and chow down. Priced well. But bring your piggy bank money to splurge on a bottle of something special. The place is also a bottle shop and has a very wide variety of intriguing liquors and wines.

Great selection of high quality meat and growing collection of spirits and wine. A thankful addition to Victoria.

I'm sorry but every time I've stopped in there the meat has not been fresh. The steaks look brown and are not what I would consider peak freshness. Two out the 4 Pattie's I received are probably set to expire very soon. This isn't the first time either. Not to mention each pattie was $5....c'mon.

Great Food in a good location. Easy to Find. Recommend the onion rings. On your way out grab some meat to cook at home. great selection of wine and whiskey. definably will be back.
