The Bru House & Drive Thru

I stopped here about three times when I was up here for work! I love the drive thru aspect of it. Plenty of flavors and some food options. The girls working were able to make oat milk cold foam for me, although they said it won't be the best. It turned out great every time! The drive thru was easy to navigate, maybe next time I'll stop inside. Highly recommend this coffee shop!

It's been a few years since my last review, and I just wanted to give an update on how consistently good this coffee house is. Pleasant to visit, wonderful coffee and pastries and customer service. Thank you for being consistent and wonderful over the years. No wonder you are a neighborhood favorite!

I was pleasantly surprised with this place! I enjoyed the fact they had a drive-thru as well because.. of course.. kids I ordered both a sandwich and a drink. Both were up to par with what I had my expectations set to. Service was great and personable. They seemed cheery and happy to be there. Excited to take the time one day to come back and check the inside out and see what that looks like. Can't wait to be back and try the menu out more!

We enjoy bru house's selection of breakfast, and yummy drinks. We have been there several times for casual bites in the morning during the week day or weekends.I haven't been drinking coffee but the smell of the shop was nice. I had previously enjoyed their cider, hot cocoa. My hubby had their chai. All yummy

What a cute coffee and sandwich shop to stop in and catch up with friends in! You order at the counter and can enjoy your coffee and sandwich at your table. They also have a drive through window for a quick stop - how fun!I got a large vanilla latte and it was in a huge mug! I also got the sausage breakfast sandwich and it was so filling - the gal at the counter said the tortilla breakfast roll was also yummy, but slightly less filling if that's what you're going for.

My review is simple. Food choices are plenty, somewhat classic menu. Coffee is good. What I love about this place is the ambience and the people. The staff really really nice and friendly. Its not too loud, there's a quiet side of it conducive to reading and studying. Place is clean enough, and parking is pretty good as well. When the employees working in a place is warm and nice, I always say "5 stars!"

Such a cute coffee shop and breakfast place. Coffee is creamy and delish! They use Ghirardelli's chocolate sauces, so I knew I wanted a white mocha! It did not disappoint.

What an undiscovered gem: a LOCAL family-owned coffeehouse in New Brighton on Silver Lake Road (just of 694)! Sure, the coffee is sublime (which better be for a coffeehouse) but our food was unexpectedly wonderful! Our service was superior to EVERY coffee venue I have any memory of: friendly staff person who actually expanded my coffee knowledge and discussed the lunch specials. When we ordered soup, instead of a "cup or bowl" question-she walked back and physically showed us the difference of the two. The soup? Incredible! It's not your Campbells soup or Starbux coffee! Thank goodness for that! They do offer drive-thru for the busy patrons, or easy parking around the building. My luncheon friend loved all the local colorful artwork. Can't wait to come back and enjoy some finka with friends! And they do make their own incredible pastry goodies-like the pumpkin spice bar we shared! Yay!

This was a great find on Yelp when we were looking for a place for coffee and breakfast in the area. The pastries are outstanding, and we plan to come back to try out their lunch offerings. It's a very cute place and with extremely nice staff, way exceeded our expectations.

This is a go to! They have a wide variety of flavors for pretty decent prices, and their food is amazing :) Staff are always friendly, and I love all the local art as well!
