The Bonus Room

We rented this space for my sister's surprise birthday party. It worked out perfectly! We fit probably 45 people in, and it felt like a lot, but it wasn't crowded. The space is updated, and a number of people mentioned how nicely it was decorated. There is street parking all around, and a couple of lots further down the street. FYI: As with other rental spaces, there is a list of items that you can't use in the space - candles, confetti, etc . . ., but they have it all listed on the website under the FAQs, so you know upfront what you are getting into. Also, you have to clean the space when you are finished using it, not a big deal, just make sure you factor that into the rental time. If I were in need of this kind of space again, I would definitely use this space again.

This space is exactly as it says...a bonus room! It is soooo gorgeous, that's what you notice right away. Such a modern feel, yet comfy andinviting. Very well thought outfloor plan. Places to eat, places to gather and a few places where people can kinda be off on their own. The space is small by event venue standards... but was perfect for us. We had 21 adults and 13 kids and I hadn't even noticed. The kitchen area is a great size. There is sufficient parking. The price to rent is very reasonable. The owner is great at communicating and gets right back in touch with you. I'm so very pleased!!

The space was perfect for my little buddy's first birthday party! No decorations were even needed for such a beautiful venue. Simply set up the food, enjoyed the party, cleaned up and left. So much easier and more convenient than having a bunch of people in my house. Plenty of room for the kids to run around and play games, while the adults chatted.
