Pad Thai
Closer look at the pad Paneng curry with mock duck. It is creamy, tasty and you pick the spice level.

Tom kha soup with tofu
Everything was just ok. The chicken in my Pad See Yew was rubbery so get the beef instead. My fav thing was prolly the Thom Kha.
A dome of rice on a white plate. Legend has it that monks learn the craft of rice placement-- wait, it's formed with a bowl? Okay then.

Very close up of Tom yum soup with tofu, with fresh herbs on top. Yum indeed!
Burmese curry
Best green curry in the cities. The right amount of Thai basil. 4/5 heat was spot on to my liking!

What a fun surprise to see that the old Noodles and More has transformed into Thai & More. The bright and welcoming dining room has not changed much. The gentleman who waited on me was very hospitable and full of smiles! What a treat in this often grumpy world. When I saw that they had a Burmese noodle bowl, I had to try it out. I have never had Burmese food before! Admittedly it was pretty strange: a stewed catfish broth. Well as expected the fish is but a figment of imagination, completely melted into the broth. The dish amounts to a vegetarian dish with noodles plus an al dente egg. It's full of flavor though! I would say the flavor is very unique, but pleasant. Next time I'll try their lunch specials, which are typical Thai fare like curries, Pad Thai, Pad See Ewe etc. FYI their pho is on the pricey side at $16+ for a regular bowl.Well with the closing of Pho Tan Phat in Fridley this is the spot in this area until you get to Pink Flower in Moundsview. I'll be back Thai & More!

At first glance, Thai & More is smaller restaurant, but has its own parking lot which makes it easily accessible. A few seating options for 2 or 4, but mostly guests order take out. We dined in, and got to get the full experience. Our server was kind, and very helpful when it came to understanding what ingredients were in the food we were interested in ordering. We ended up getting the Thai Chicken Wings, Thai Fried Rice and Pad Panang Curry (see videos for full review). Overall the ambiance and esthetics aren't anything to wow about, but the food and service makes this a perfect spot for a quiet lunch or dinner.

This spot is a cute little whole in the wall. I'm not sure but it seems family owned. Limited parking but we had no issues finding a spot. The service was quick and friendly. The Food was delicious. If you like Thai you'll enjoy the food here.

Highly Recommend this quaint little restaurant! Came here on a Saturday night with family & the food did not disappoint. Our favorites that we ordered: 1) Fresh Spring Rolls (Pork & Shrimp) 2) Cream Cheese Wontons3) Chicken Pad Thai - Spice Level 2/54) Pineapple Fried Rice - Pork5) Panang Curry - ChickenWe also ordered the Thom Kha Soup -Chicken but not our favorite & probably would not order again. The staff is super friendly and service is quick. Many people were picking up or ordering take out and not so many dining in. We will definitely be back to try more from their menu.

Thai and More is one of my favorite places to get takeout on my way home from work. My order is always ready on time, the staff are very friendly, and the food is packed with great care. The khao soi is definitely my favorite dish I've had here - it is warm, creamy, and flavorful!

My go-to Thai place. Great noodle dishes, great curries, and they have vegetarian pho which is a nice treat. Owned by the same people running Jasmine Thai I believe. Closed on Sundays

Excellent gluten free menu. Even if you don't see it on the menu as gluten free you can always ask. I usually order takeout once a week. Results are consistent and flavorful. A lot of places it feels like the GF version is kind of off tasting but these chefs have mastered their recipes. My favorite pad Thai place. They also are great on the amount of spice. Highly recommend fresh spring rolls (always made fresh), pad Thai, massaman curry and pad mid rhom. The red curry was a little too bland for me.

Wowowow. We picked up to go and this was a great choice. The ingredients are fresh, taste is superb, and pickup experience was easy.FOOD: I got a vegetable stir fry with tofu. The sauce was perfectly like yet flavorful, the veggies were perfectly chosen and cooked, and the tofu was cooked perfectly. On par with some of the best Thai I've had. I will note that my friends food had a small piece of some sort of plastic in it. She caught it (because she bit it) but that was slightly concerning.PICKUP EXPERIENCE: easy. I called to place the order (took 4 minutes). Placed the order for about an hour later. Food was hot and ready when I arrived. Paid upon arrival. And packaged well for carry out.AMBIANCE: it is a rather small and cozy place. I like the ambiance but only had a short time spent inside since we picked up.PARKING: parking is easy in their lot.Sorry no pics since this was a to-go order

Expensive, especially for portion size. Drunken Noodles quite greasy with very little chicken. Fried rice was a miss. Again, very little meat and almost nothing other than rice and some large tomato wedges. Total bill over $30 for take away on two dishes.
