Great Thai food!There's a lot of bad Thai food in the Twin Cities. So I was skeptical when I saw the Thai 1 On Kitchen food truck at the New Life Ramsey Farmer's Market.I was pleasantly surprised. The food dished out by these ladies was awesome - hot, savory, and authentic. They were out of pork so I had to order the chicken egg rolls. Not my fave...but still pretty good. The Beef Basil Box was great, complete with my favorite Thai style peanut/coconut sauce and sticky rice on the side - yum!I love good Thai food. I wish they'd park in my driveway for a week or two.Thumbs up!-Daddy Maxx Retro

I drove by their food truck during the summer, & I made the right decision to turn around to check them out. It was a mother/daughter team running the show, & both were super friendly & knowledgeable about the food they were serving. Thai food is one of my absolute favorites, & to get homemade, personal recipe food is SO much better than any other options. I had a main dish that I don't remember the name of, but I think I just started from the top of the short menu. I do remember that it was an amazing dish. I also tried her homemade Thai spring rolls, & a couple different sauces, which blew away in the wind, & made a lil mess. She replaced them with no charge, & I also remember them as being pretty awesome. My wife even liked them, & she's a tough one to win over with almost any kind of Asian food. Crazy, I know! Unfortunately that was the only time I was there, & eventually forgot about it until I recently got a Yelp alert about Thai food in my area. There's not a lot of choices for dining out where I live, but I would definitely go out of my way to get more food from them. I do know Asian cuisines quite well, & this team knows what they're doing! Absolutely delicious food, & great prices!

Terrific Thai food. Better than some Thai food I've had in some sit down Thai restaurants. We enjoyed both the egg rolls and the Pad Thai. The Pad Thai was perfect. Lots of flavor, spice and sauce. I'd definitely recommend this food truck.

Delicious but pricey! Chicken pad Thai was the best I ever had! Won tons were good as well. Total for 1 chicken pad Thai and 4 won tons was $22. Seems really spendy.

Delicious food. Please come back to East Bethel as soon as possible. Hoping to try the shrimp and pineapple fried rice soon.

Really good food on this truck! Love the Pad Thai, pineapple shrimp fried rice, eggrolls, and others but will stop there:) I go out of my way whenever they are close to me.

First off, I know that a lot of foreign food is Americanized which really does a disservice to the restaurant and Americans. We ordered several items from their food truck and my son liked his fried rice. I LOVED their shrimp spring rolls, however, they advertise that there are 4 in an order. It is 2 per order cut in half, giving you 4 portions. I think that is a bit deceptive. Now, onto the Pad Thai....I have been in Thailand. I have eaten Pad Thai there several times and I love Pad Thai. I did not love theirs. The chicken is precooked and oh, so dry. It swings towards the sweet side. Even after squirting lime all over it, cutting up my own lime, adding some of the spicy sauce from the spring rolls, it still screamed too sweet. I wish you the best, but besides the spring rolls, I don't think I would visit you again.

We booked this food truck for an event in August, back in April/May. We emailed back and forth on Monday/Tuesday for the Wednesday event, and when Wednesday rolled around, they were a no show, no call. They totally left us high and dry. Heard from friends that this was the 3rd time they went to eat where this truck was scheduled and all three times it was the same result. Absolutely WOULD NOT recommend them - unreliable.

Amazing food. Especially the Pad Thai and the won tons. They make it fresh and it's delicious every time.

This food truck has the best pad Thai out of all other places! we run in to this Thai food truck in year 2019 at Nowthen Farmers markets! What I love I about this Thai food truck is beside authentic taste there are huge improvement on there menu items most dish are gluten-free and MSG free they are using biodegradable products for all there packages which I can understand why it can be pricy big portions worth the wait and every penny's! It a must try food truck in the north metro area! We have try all everything of there menu and everything we get tastes amazing fresh made to order out of wok! The egg roll was delicious first bite in full of pork, oh and the chicken wings and chicken green curry was my dads favorite! All there appetizers are not gluten free but oh boy , I would highly recommended for you to give it a try you won't disappointed! Keep up the good work Thai1 on your passion and loving what you do shows it In every dish is appreciated !
