The good, the bad and the ugly:The good: the service is great, the dinner rolls with the cinnamon butter are amazing and a medium rare rib eye is wonderful.The bad: nothing really, the rib appetizer was very forgettable with the overly sugary sauce.The ugly: they use way too much salt on some things. The mushrooms on the burger I got was absolutely over the top with salt

The wait staff seated us right away even though it was busy. The food was great as always. The steak does not need mushrooms or onions as it is excellent on its own. The honey butter and bread are soooo good. It is busy with lots of groups enjoying the food. Great for groups or couples to dine in. I ordered the sirloin with mashed potatoes and green beans.

YEEHAWmy wife: "do you want to go Texas Roadhouse to meet some friends for their birthday"Me: "let's go, I've never been there but let's check it out.This place is a party. Good tunes, tv's everybody from every color and walk of life, multiple generations absolutely enjoying themselves!! This is where you want to visit!I was going for the steak, but I was then told I could go up to the front and see the cuts of steak in person to get a better idea. The Texas Ribeye 16 oz looked like it had no rival. AND THEN......Drum roll please!!!I saw catfish on the menu. Catfish is an absolute all time fav because I grew up on it. Y'all, have you ever had a tear when you tasted something?'!?Me: "do you have any hot sauce?"Server: we have tobasco and house made."HOUSE MADE- it was perfectWhen we were ordering I overheard the server ask someone at our table if they wanted marshmallows with that. I thought she was joking, then I beheld the glory.Then I tasted it. I will be back for this sweet potato, there is no other choice, it was that good!You know that feeling when you have an adult beverage and then that buzz hits you? We got on the waitlist thru the app and it said it was going to be 1 hour 15 mins to 1 hour 25 mins wait. Right when got near, I checked in and by the time we sat it was around that time. This location is super busy with a small parking lot. I saw some people parking at Sam's club and the urgent care next door. The food was absolutely delicious but a little salty, fries were super salty. Our server was Nick and he was super friendly and made we were doing ok our entire meal even though the restaurant was packed! Surprisingly with how busy they are, it's not super loud in the restaurant. Waiting area gets packed so best to stay in your vehicle until you get a text saying your table is ready.

A fun and lively place to have dinner. The food is made fresh and the service is excellent and fast!They greet you with complimentary warm, soft, bread that's delectable with the butter. The steaks are always mouth watering and I love that you get your choice of two sides! My go-tos are the 12oz Ribeye with a side of sweet potatoes and veggies. It's the perfect amount because I like saving half to look forward to as leftovers! The giant, frosty glasses of beer are awesome!Don't forget to grab a free bag of peanuts in the front before you leave :)This is a fun, satisfying steakhouse that we'll definitely be going back to!

Awful staff. Very rude and snotty. Manager was also snotty when I attempted to bring my concerns to her in a professional manner. I don't understand how the attitude is allowed to exist in a restaurant. Frankly, it's incompetence for a manager to act like this in the service industry.

Unfortunately just had a disappointing experience picking up my to go order. Usually the pickup experience is one of the best in the industry, but today it downright sucked. I walked in to see my order sitting there, rang the bell and waited as almost every staff member walked right by. Noting that it wasn't busy and many people were standing around. I waited quite a while and then rang the bell again. Again I waited. Finally a nice staff member came over and said he would alert the to go guy. The to go guy came up and didn't even look at me or greet me. Finally I was like "hellooo..?" he annoyed said "name?". I then explained I had requested horseradish on my order and he blankly stared at me and asked if it was for my salad..? Then I realized this guy must be new. He annoyed again said "oh..... I guess I'll have to go to the back and get it". Yeah.. he came back with the horseradish and packaged up the bag and didn't even hand it to me or push it towards me.. just left it on the counter. Very very strange interaction. This guy might need some more training. I was shocked at this experience only because every other interaction I've had with staff at Texas Roadhouse has been above and beyond wonderful.

Okay I usually right good reviews so I took my mom and my dad to Texas Roadhouse on New Year's Eve it was PACKED and we had to wait a while but that's okay so when we get to our big table although we are a party of 3, we go and order my dad orders a 8 oz steak and my mom orders a baked potato and something else I can't remember anyways... My mom asked for NO sour cream and what happens there is a TON of sour cream on the bake potato. My mom sent it back in and hurrah there was no sour cream and my dad wanted sour cream on his baked potato but got none. So he asked the waitress for sour cream and got butter the service not the best. The food was great though.....
