T-Dawgs Bar & Grill

I've been coming to this establishment a lot since my family moved to Grantsburg 8 years ago. The ice cold tap beer glasses have always been a plus. And the service and the food is always hit or miss. But I can't say we will be back any time soon. I know everyone is looking for service industry help right now. But they must seriously be lacking kitchen help. The last couple times it has taken FOREVER to get our food. This last time I will say we had great service. But I had a hair in my salad that I waited almost 30 minutes to get. ** I will say the server and the manager apologized profusely, and it was comped from our bill** The other meal was really good! But. I'll eat at home. Or maybe at the next door pizza place before we will come here again. (Or maybe just for a cold brew). With few places to eat in the area I hope they can step it up.

Well. Your out there. Really out there in the middle of america. So much that instead of cream cheese in jalepeno poppers.... It seems like some shaved liquid of boiling mozzarella comes out. Never seen anything like it. I give the chef some head nod for the attempt. But it probably my least favorite jalapeño hors d'oeuvres I've ever ingested. The staff was nice. The turkey club had hope.Didnt starve. Looked like the best option in town.

Good food with amazing culinary twists, great innovative chef's. Served hot and in a timely manner. Servers very friendly and helpful.

Visiting the area from Florida and tried this local place. We were hoping for a good Wisconsin bratwurst, but the menu did not include those. The service was great after reading all the previous reviews. Our waitress was excellent and checked up on us regularly.I had the bourbon burger and sweet potato fries and my wife had the adult grilled cheese. The burger was cooked perfectly and and had a bourbon glaze sauce on it that was very good. The fries were cooked perfectly as well.My wife liked the grilled cheese very much with the homemade chips. Highly recommend this place.

The food is always very good. It's just that the service is terribly SLOW. No matter how slow or busy it is.

Needed some food after a boozy weekend in the Wisconsin northwoods, stopped here hoping to replenish the reserves and wow did it NOT disappoint. Food, drinks, service and the bar as a whole was great. 10/10 would recommend

Service was not good. Only come here Monday thru Thursday because if they get busy, expect to wait. In an hour and a half of being here we had 1 beer each, no water that we asked for and our app. When we got our food, items were missing from the burger and side dish was completely incorrect. In the past this place has been ok but this visit will be the last.

Stopped here a couple times. Some of the slowest service I have ever experienced. Food was ok, but we didn't want spend half our day sitting in here waiting on a sandwich. Never again.

A great Bar & even better place to eat. Even when they are busy, the waitstaff is very attentive & they offer great recommendations if one is unsure. Try the Founder Breakfast Stout on tap & Ale Shrimp is what I recommend.

Who would go to a restaurant named T-Dawgs. This spot has an interesting history their first menu had an old B&w photo of a notorious local car crash. Then the couple broke up from a work triangle and the local jailor bought it. T-shirts that said try my weiner. Bar flies that are aware but silent, parochial. I remember the first time I went the cook was off duty and her,my wife and I were having a good time. Must've been something I said - she threw us out. They have some connection to Loggers in st. croix falls lots of groupon. But they pay their cooks $17-19 an hour. Good cooks are hard to find and if you pissed off most of them within driving distance, well, you sell hot dogs on a parking lot patio.
