I typically stop by every few months for a quick car wash service. It's cheap and fast. I don't recommend coming here when it's dark out, it's a very sketchy area and there's always something happening at this gas station. I would suggest to stay away for your own safety, but I rather tell you to be aware of your surroundings at all times. I only give it two stars based on the safety in general. The few stars earned are for the friendly workers here. The staff is quick and helpful.

I went here yesterday and was charged twice for a car wash. I wasn't given a code for the car wash at the pump, and the screen told me to go see the cashier. I did, and when I explained that I had selected and paid for a car wash at the pump, she told me I had to purchase another. She never gave me a receipt for my gas, and I didn't find out I was charged twice until I checked my bank statement. It seems like too much hassle to call the store since they were so confused about it in the first place, but disappointing nonetheless.

This is the worst Tobacco shop I have ever been to. I have terrible social anxiety. Everyone is laughing at me 6 people in the store. 3 males, 3 females. There was someone hanging out of the window and another front desk person a foot away. It is Sunday the 14th of July. I told him I over paid him five. And he would just say a bunch of stuff like I'm an idiot. The stuff he was babbling made no sense. It sounds like my own questions back at me. I just moved here a week ago. I sat in my car and collected myself. I went back in asked for my money or receipt please. Then I was screamed at again and laughed at again. I was told to get out of the store. So you in the Stop-and-shop the tobacco side address 1700 E Lake St Suite 100, Minneapolis, MN 55407 and you were working Sunday July 14th at 8:00p.m. He said I walked out of the store and came back in I did because I didn't know what to do. Then I decide to stand up for myself and get belittled and laughed at. It's not funny I am 5'2'' he was at least 6 feet or standing up on something. I don't understand why you had to be like this. Because those 3 girls walked in you had to act like a jerk. I hate people, I have hope in humanity. I have been crying all day on the phone with T-mobile for my phone being stolen. And now this, it just never ends. That's a $1,500.00 phone stolen. I took my last $20 to get a pack of cigarettes. I am completely broke now. When I initially walked in I didn't have enough money ready because cigarettes went up $5.00 from $10.00 to $15.00. I said okay hang on. I counted out ten dollars in change and I had a $5.00 bill. I tried to interrupt just standing there waiting because he wouldn't stop talking to the other guy in the window wouldn't even acknowledge me or give me the time of day. I got told to hang on. Okay so I did while he checked out another person that literally came in after he already told me to hang on. I was just trying to get cigarettes and go then the 3 girls walk in they are all whispering under their breath about me I could here it it was so uncomfortable I've never been so uncomfortable in a public space before like this. Then I said put $5 on my card. He said you know you gave me $5 over I said okay can I have it back please. He said no I trust you and poured the hand full of change about $9.25 in quarters $.70 in dimes and a $.5 nickel. He continued to pour it in the front left square of the cash registered. Didn't separate anything just put it all in the same spot but not even a spot where you put the separated coins. I kept asking for my money back and he was so weird he would ramble off the same stuff I was saying never answering my questions just repeating them back to me as the 3 girls are like that lady just paid $5.00 over and just walking away. That wasn't true I didn't know what to do. I sat in my car a couple minutes. Decided I will not be bullied by these kids. I walked back in I said I want my money back or a receipt he said you walked out the store I said I did I didn't know what to do I was scared then the whole room thought that was so funny I asked again for my money back as he refused and was yelling at me I hope there are cameras please watch and listen to them I yelled back I want my money or a receipt and he told me to get out that I'm tweaking and bugging. I didn't do anything to be treated like this? What did I possibly do to this man? I have cried all day because people are horrible.

The people at Stop N Shop are crooks. I say this outright because last week there was a sale on Red Bull! And I love Red Bull! Anyways, back to my experience; I purchased their advertised deal of 2 twelve ounce Red Bull's for $5 dollars? The cashier rung up my purchase and informed me of the amount due on the sale, which was $6.98? I inquired about the price, and pointed out the sale that was being advertised in their store. However, the cashier was adamant about the price. So I asked to speak with her supervisor? She summoned him, and a gentleman of Arabic decent came on the scene? He identified his self as the manager of the Stop N Shop? I attempted to explain the situation to him, but he refused to hear me. I left the store very dissatisfied? I think that the way Stop N Shop treats poor people is disgraceful, disrespectful, deceitful, and inhuman! They don't think we have the brain power to see that there whole complex exists on the principal of taking every last penny the can from us poor people?
